McDonald's Menu Prices at 4500 Nw 23rd St ★2 (67)

Visited the McDonald’s on 23rd and Meridian a bit late in the evening. The location is smaller than most, with limited seating and no visible menu behind the counter. There were three kiosks available, but unfortunately, none were working at the time. I ordered a chicken wrap — it was fresh, and the customer service was excellent. The only downside was that the dine-in area felt a bit cramped, so I chose to take my food to go. Overall, a clean and friendly place for a quick bite, and I’d visit again.

Went to the drive thru to try the new Arch Burger. What I received was not what has been advertised.. I'm pretty sure it's supposed to come with 2 beef patties, not 1. Not impressed

It was around 1 a.m. when I stopped at the main entrance to check if they were open. I saw three employees in the dining area sitting, so I pulled up to the drive-through. The first thing they said was, "hey, it's going to be a 20–30 minute wait," and I said that was fine. Then they said, "our cook haven't finished cooking the thingies." I left right away. I would not recommend going at night since they were just sitting in the dining area. I would recommend having an Operations Manager come over and have a look.

If I could rate this restaurant zero stars, I would. My parents recently decided to try this restaurant, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. They don’t speak English, so they asked one of the employees for help placing their order. Instead of assisting them properly, the worker told them he couldn’t remove a previous order from the system meaning my parents had to pay for that meal in addition to what they actually wanted to order. The total came to about $34. While that may not seem like much to some, in today’s economy every dollar counts.Trying to avoid any trouble, my parents decided to just go along with it. However, when my dad bit into his burger, it was completely raw inside. My mom politely asked for the burger to be remade, and the lady at the counter kindly agreed to fix it. Unfortunately, things got worse when a short male manager approached their table, grabbed one of the burgers they had already paid for, and said, “I’m taking this since you didn’t pay for it.This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. No customer deserves to be treated this way especially after paying for their meal and handling the situation respectfully. Please think twice before visiting this establishment. The way they treat their customers is disgusting !!

This place is a complete mess, order ahead because it’s always so fast at other McDonald’s we waited about 20 minutes plus only half of our food was brought to us. The wrong salsa was put in the bag. Our coffee was made wrong. Had to go back in for straws and to get more missing items from our food. By the time we finally got our drinks, corrected our missing food. The other food we had received was cold. Will not be returning. I don’t understand how hard it is to read in order to make sure the correct items are placed in the bags. Drinks are made correctly and get it to the customer. It’s not that difficult.
