if I could give less than 0 stars I would, I ordered online through the app from home so I could just drive and pick it up. I get to the store and I see the lights are on inside but not the big ones outside so I think oh they just don’t have the lights on outside or they don’t work, nope apparently they don’t have enough workers to run the restaurant at all. So they thought putting a paper sign would absolutely help me know that miles away from the store so when I get there and put my spot for curbside thinking nothing of it and there’s people next to my car who were already there also at curbside so I’m just thinking they’re also waiting for food next thing I know 4 cop cars pull up to talk to the person in the car next to me and some other people who had just pulled in to park and it’s because WE CANT GET REFUNDS ONCE WE PUT THE CURBSIDE NUMBER IN AND WE CANT CANCEL THE ORDER ONCE THE NUMBER IS THROUGH, so now all 3 of the people including me have to call corporate, call banks, wait multiples days just to get our money back. AND I KNOW THEY CAN CHANGE THE APP TO SAY THE STORE IS CLOSED ITSELF.

It took 10 minutes to order because they prioritize the drive thru. Ordered and recieved 20 nuggets and only to be told that its limited to 2 free sauces. Had to buy more sauces to actually share with my partner.

My food and service was excellent, and I will frequent this establishment. My fries were fresh, and that's such a blessing.

Went to order on the drive thru and they were not alert or responding, so we pull up to the windows and they were ignoring us until we kept shouting and they finally came to the window and said the mic was having problems. Then they said it’s work to go back around and we did. Once we try to place ane order they said if we can please hold and never got back to the speaker. We repeat the same cycle and did not order. I feel as if they are just bull-sitting and avoiding acknowledge any customers.

food was fine. it’s mcdonald’s. nothing special. service was cold and rude. then on top of that, we were in the play area with my daughter and another lady opened the emergency door and the alarm started sounding. the manager took a solid 5 minutes to get in there to turn it off and was all mad at all of us even though my family and i didn’t even do anything. she was very rude to all of us and when we said we didn’t do anything she said “im just saying” with no apology to her reaction. even though the lady who did it was very apologetic, the manager was super rude and just kept saying don’t open that door over and over again. obviously the lady made a mistake, but things happen. no reason for the manager to be rude.
