McDonald's Menu Prices at 12101 E 96TH ST N (Walmart) ★3.2 (266)

Usually I don't give out bad reviews. This is definitely the time too. Most mcdonalds I go to are pretty spot on with food. Not this one. The buns were super burnt and the fries were really cold. I understand if they were busy but they weren't.

We ordered off the kiosk which had a drink on iy they apparently dont have, but the manger refused to refund us, the lady at the frontal super nice and tried to help, but the manager just absolutely refused to guve my money back even tho I did not get the 2 drinks I ordered

$6.50 for a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit that’s dry and bland? Yikes. Never again. I can get one at Braum’s that’s twice as good for half the price.

It’s an okay place. Chicken burgers sometimes not done right. Orders sometimes aren’t full, like they should...missing something. Check your receipt 🧾 and what they bring.

Bad service. I had a park and pick up for a big group of people, that i paid $70 for, at this location. When i parked and tried to enter my parking # spot on the app, the app froze on me. So I went in to get my pick up. Gave the cashier my name and confirmation number. But the cashier told me, my order was not in their system. They told me to call the phone # on the app. The app doesn't make it easy and provide a number so I looked up customer service, called it and they told me that I have to go directly to the McDonald's I chose to pick up my order. Had to go back into McDonald's and tell them. Another employee came and looked tried to look up my order, then finally the manager of duty came and she kept telling me I had to call customer service. But then all of a sudden after her pushing buttons on the pos prompted my order came up. The manager gave me an ugly attitude the whole time. Didn't apologize for the inconvenience. Her ego got the best of her and she got even more rude to me. As I waited, I watched her teach the employees how to get to access the pick up orders on their pos prompter. I'm glad the bad experience I had with them, also gave them a learning experience. You're welcome.
