McDonald's Menu Prices at 900 Sw Highland Dr ★3.4 (2037)

Large Fries are small thru the drive thru. They are in there somewhere but they dont crown the container. Sign at drive thru says 5 dollar sausage egg mcmuffin meal. But window person refuses to honor. Says sign is wrong. 12/1/2025. What's going on???

I’ve lived in this area for eight years and gone to this restaurant the entire time. Over the last year in particular, this restaurant has fallen off so far I refuse to return to it. You will receive cold french fries every time, The people that are taking your order can’t speak English so they don’t understand your order and get it wrong every time. When you call to make the manager aware, he has no solution and just says he hopes he can get you back someday. Do not go to this McDonald’s unless you want cold food that is made wrong.

Placed my order and went up to pay they took my card ran it a few times and I was told I was good. Pulled up to the next window only to find out I was declined after being told I was good. Not sure what the clerk was doing but I got a call from my bank accusing my of fraud. What did the employee do to get my flagged for fraud, I have never had that happen in my life until this store. Will never go here again wouldn't trust this store

I’m giving this place 3 stars for the morning crew. If it wasn’t for the am crew I would really give no stars. They need to hire, retrain, or management needs to have better standards for the night crew. It’s frustrating to get to the drive through window and the kid just hands me my stuff and continues their inappropriate conversation with another employee. No acknowledgment at all! And to top it off every time something is wrong or missing in my order.

I came through the drive through and ordered the 5 dollar mc double meal. I asked for ranch and since the order was already placed they charged me for ranch when the nuggets are supposed to come with ranch free of charge because it's included with nugget purchases. I didn't notice until after I paid and when I asked to get my 50 cents back and explain the nuggets come with ranch so I shouldn't have been charged they said "we can't do that" which I know for a fact they can. I didn't want to argue with incompetent people so I just drove off.. they kept the reciept and were just to lazy to do what's right. This is the 2nd time they have displayed utter incompetence during an interaction with me. The first time I had to badger them to get the right amount of change back for like 5 or 10 minutes until the figured it out. Do better mcdonalds
