McDonald's Menu Prices at 1215 Ne 48th ★3.2 (2079)

McDonald's usually seems to have the same consistency. I went there specifically to get the McDonald's pieces before they ran out. I ordered items that should have included the pieces. When my order arrived, the drink and Big Mac were missing them. I informed them, and they said there was nothing they could do since the promotion was almost over. However, they gave me an extra one since I was missing two. The tables were all dirty, and I found a relatively cleaner spot to sit. When they brought my food, she offered to clean the table, but I decided to move to another table instead. Throughout my entire dining experience, no one came out to clean that table or any of the other dirty ones. However, they do bring your food to the table, which is a newer service for me, and I'm giving them an extra star for that.

Worst experience I think I’ve had at a McDonald’s. Took me 10 minutes just to get to the speaker box(mind you I had an online order, all I had to do was give them a code) then took me 10 more minutes to even get up to the window. Once I got to the window it took 5 minutes to even get recognized. Then I was told they were still waiting for my chicken wrap and asked me to pull forward. It then took 10 more minutes at that window to even get my food. All in all, 35 minutes to get some “fast food.” I get being busy and all that, I’m a general manager for a fast casual restaurant, but Sundays team was not it.

I hardly write reviews but thought I needed to in this case. I had an amazing experience at the McDonald’s drive-thru thanks to Grayce. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and upbeat, which instantly made the interaction pleasant. She took my order accurately, spoke clearly, and made sure everything was correct before I pulled away. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness really stood out and turned a simple drive-thru visit into a great customer service experience. Will definitely be back and hope to have an interaction with Grayce again.

Worse McDonald's in the Hillsboro area, go to another one if at all possible. The employees would rather die than actually make eye contact with you. Pretty funny that they would send me a message asking me to reach out, I did just that probably over a month ago, MacDonalds said they forwarded the message to the owner and as far as I can tell he or she completely blew me off.

My husband went to this location to preorder 18 happy meal for our daughter's birthday party on Monday. A staff at the shop wrote down his order and his personal info. However on the party date, I went to the store and the general manager mentioned they did not have any record of this... She mentioned she took over the location the day before and she didn't see any note regarding our preorder. This is McDonald and Im not surprised with this kind of service .... Yet, I later on found out at least one of our white milk had expired the day before the event. This is very disappointing. This McDonald missed my preorder and they just put expired product in my 18 happy meals. Avoid this McDonald if you care abt your physical health!!! (My daughter's party is on July 19th and on this milk it states it is best by July 18th).
