McDonald's Menu Prices at 6025 Keizer Station Blvd Ne ★3.6 (1437)

Good food nice clean tables was good until I went into the women’s room where there was horrible stench that nearly knocked me out, on one or the toilet there’s a putrid smell where there’s green mold all over the toilet? Or something but what ever it is is disgusting and they need to get that toilet replaced immediately, the disabled toilet was fine no weird coloring or smell but the other one… so vile, But the food was good and service was great.

Food has always been passable, what do you expect it's fast food after all. Regardless, this has been an issue only at this location and I'm posting the review because this is the 4th time now. Im not sure if it's from a lack of caring or inexperienced staff, but I have asked for a BLACK iced coffee with extra espresso shots added, meaning NO CREAM, NO SUGAR, just coffee and espresso. Seems simple. I saw a discrepancy on the screen, there was no note saying anything about not adding cream or sugar, and I asked again to make sure they heard me through the speaker and confirmed my order. When I get to the window they hand me a coffee with cream and when I called them out on it they said " you didn't ask for no cream " in a incredibly rude way. Despite verbatim asking for a black coffee no cream, no sugar, no flavor. When I asked for another coffee they were incredibly rude and when my food came out she aggressively handed me the bag. I get it, fast food is difficult to work but don't get frustrated when I call you out for slacking and not doing your job properly. Please do better

It depends on who's working honestly. The breakfast crew is usually in point during the week.

Had just switched over to Lunch, and the burgers were barely even warm, almost cold. They offered to make new burgers. Those were barely warmer than the previous ones. We expected hot fresh burgers like we have had in the past, especially if they were supposed to make fresh ones.

The lady who took my order was extremely rude and didn’t even take my order. I asked for a sweet tea and 10 piece and she charged me for both but only gave me the tea. When I showed her the receipt and asked for my food she rolled her eyes and said there was “nothing she could do”. Like what do you mean. This is just ridiculous. This McDonald’s has been one of my worst experiences.
