If I could give ZERO STARS— I WOULD!!! This place sucks. Straight up sucks. I reported them to corporate and they should have a regional director coming to this location this week. They are RUDE to literally everyone. I always make sure I say please and thank you… and all I get are stares back at me?!?! And on top of it, they are without fail consistently EVERY TIME forgetting things I ordered and I’m so over it. So much so that I’ve called and spoke to corporate 3 days in a row because i’m sorry but just because your life is miserable doesn’t mean you need to make mine that way. Don’t come here unless you want to feel incredibly JUDGED and your money STOLEN. Period. If I could give ZERO STARS— I WOULD!!! This place sucks. Straight up sucks. The lady that spoke to me was very rude. I asked her for a diet coke and she added the wrong item so I politely corrected her and she spoke to me with a “I hate my job go away” attitude. I’ve never received such terrible customer service before (she wasn’t even practicing average customer service as she used phrases like “what do you want” or going “mhm” and “what else”. This isn’t the first time this has happened either as a similar event has happened with a different lady. The man who helped me apologized on her behalf and helped me get my correct order as she somehow messed up my order of 2 items. Overall the customer service here was awful.

Stopped for a quick dinner and was met with something less than satisfying. I ordered a Big Mac meal with fries and a Hi-C with no ice. My sandwich was lukewarm, the fries soggy and cold, and my hi-c? Orange colored water. What was worse than the food was the service. The girl who took my order was absolutely miserable and unpleasant. I felt like I was inconveniencing her simply for being a customer during business hours. I wish I could get my money back or honestly that I never went at all

I have not been to McDonalds in years. Today reminded me of why. Food was pretty terrible. I was taken aback by how rude the woman collecting and taking my order and payment was. That was until I got to the pick up window. She made the lady at the first window look like an angel! As I have an allergy to artificial sweetener, I asked which soda was diet as they were not marked. She aggressively motioned for me to give them back, literally ripped them out of my hands, dumped them, refilled them, then punched in the lids with her long dirty fingernails. Thankfully they were to go and I removed the lids and we poured and drank the sodas from our own glasses. I also noticed when I got home that I was shorted a complete meal! Who hires and keeps these people?!!! Called customer service repeatedly. No follow up or acknowledgement at all whatsoever! Yes, it is only a meal, but it is not about the money. I am shocked that this is acceptable behavior for McDonald’s employees. There has been no acknowledgment and no refund. I wouldn’t even care about the refund if there was any kind of acknowledgment. What a disgrace. Update: to respond to your request to follow link….. I HAVE! Four times! Spoke to someone FOUR TIMES who said someone would call me! Called a fifth and sixth time and was hung up on! Wow! Impressive! And as you can see from ALL OF THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS, their automated response to “ please contact their customer care team so that they can help” is complete garbage and proof of their lack of concern. 2 months later and still nothing!

Overall, this is a good McDonald’s in Frazer. The location is convenient, the restaurant is usually clean, and service is reasonably quick. Staff are generally polite and orders are prepared correctly. A reliable spot for a fast meal or quick coffee stop.
