McDonald's Menu Prices at 2090 Lincoln Highway East ★3.6 (2030)

Employees yelling and cursing behind the counter- poor customer beside me waiting over 10 minutes to just place his order. I ordered on the kiosk and waited over 10 minutes for hot lattes while the employees argue with one another. Finally the worker YELLED from somewhere in the back…”YOU WANT A DRINK CARRIER?” Not sure who he was speaking to, but apparently it was me. NOT happy with the experience. Just a little respect for yourselves and for your customer would be nice. Thanks. Returned to the car with the latte and they’re absolutely horrible-not sure what was going on with the machine or the staff, but be aware if you want a good latte-this is not it.

The young boy at the front counter today was kind and thanked us for our order. He has a very nice smile! Kudos to him at young age for working with the food industry and the public. We enjoy McDonald's.

I work nearby and come for lunch a few times a week. I've had lots of my own issues with orders and always witness other people having problems as well. There is never, I repeat, never someone at the front counter in the 6 months of me coming here. Staff will walk right by a line at the counter and not address anyone. Ive waited 10 to 20 minutes just to have someone even address me standing there with a problem several times or simply to order when their system cant receive app orders. I come for the convenience of being close, but this is the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced.

Pretty OK McDonald's - just like all the others. Food was served up very fast (used the self serve kiosks) although it wasn't very busy. Good location next to Route 30 and a large shopping plaza. Overall a consistent experience which is what it is all about

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this has happened multiple times. We came in at 10:56 PM, and the restaurant was supposed to close at 11:00 PM, yet we were told they couldn’t take our order because they were “closing soon.” I work in fast food myself, so I understand how closing works — if a restaurant closes at 11, orders should still be taken until then unless stated otherwise. On top of that, the staff’s tone has been consistently rude. Instead of being greeted with “How can I help you?” we were met with “What do you want?” and “What else?” said in an annoyed tone. Customers deserve basic respect. If staff are unhappy working late, that shouldn’t be taken out on people who are simply ordering during posted business hours.
