McDonald's Menu Prices at 25 E Chestnut St ★3.4 (757)

It's strange to go out of your way to review a McDonalds. But today I had an incredibly warm and welcoming experience. The staff at this McDonald's is quite possible the best I've ever seen, due in no small part to a shift manager who was treating everyone like family. If more people treated their employees and jobs like this, the world would be full of smiles. Thanks.

Literally by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited on the East Coast. I had ordered in of the new BLT QPC, a frozen coke and a couple other little things. Everything was confirmed on the screen as being correct. I paid got to the second window and was told the frozen drinks were out of order which should of been disclosed before I even paid because a large frozen coke is $2.79 settled for a large soft drink that was $1.39 got no difference in refund or anything at all. Drove over 20 minutes home to find that my BLT QPC is burnt to a crisp and made completely wrong with lettuce onion ketchup and a load of mayo. The sandwich literally looks like someone just started throwing stuff into the “boat” or whatever you may call the container. I have tolerated many many mistakes from this McDonald’s and have even personally reached out to the owner of this branch and they still can’t seem to get stuff right. I’m not the one to typically post reviews on anything or about anyone but this was the tipping point for me after a long night and day. How long will it be until this McDonald’s straightens up. It’s unfortunate that it’s the only fast food restaurant locally to this town.

Requested a toddler toy for a 1 year old. Stated twice while ordering that i wanted a toddler toy. After leaving the window, I found we were not given a toddler toy. We did circle back around to exchange it and honestly wish we had gotten it to begin with because i may have rated 5☆ solely on the new choice in the toddler toy. These books are amazing! The food was ok. Standard McD's food.

I go through the drive thru quite often and everybody is very friendly and good attitudes

Really slow service...high school boys making loud noises and laughing the whole time...then the manager on duty yelled at the kid delivering the food for standing around because there wasn't any customers...I don't believe ill be dining there again...mom's cheeseburger was cold like it was sitting around she said...
