This is not a Shamrock shake. Try putting a little effort into your work. This is not the first time. Things have not been right with my orders in the past few months since they opened. Do better! The heavy set Spanish lady was very aggressive.

I ordered via app it still took 15 minutes before I received my food. My drink was supposed to be UNSWEETENED TEA. To my surprise it was sweet tea. Good thing I’m just pre-diabetic diabetic. It was pure sugar not what I was expecting since I ordered unsweetened tea. Mind you I had to pay extra for the tea and didn’t get what I asked for. As you see in the photo I attached it clearly says 1 L Unsweet Tea.

The only way to get food from this McDonald’s after 10pm is by going through the drive through? I was denied door access into this McDonald’s entrance. The person at the door waved at me denying entrance. Next time this happens I'm going to address this with photos/videos. All these other reviews are right. The customer service soft skills aren’t present in this store. I worked in retail for 6 years and this is just a joke of service. Nobody says hi to the customer or even greet anybody. Does there need to be a management change or hiring manager change? I saw this McDonald’s being built from the ground up. I take the 55 bus right across the street. I know the owners gotta be from Jersey because there’s no way they’re coming to Philly thinking they can just hire anybody to serve.

No atmosphere. Drive thru only. No drive around. Yes you'll be stuck in the drive thru if you think you're gonna just swing around. Not!! I don't like this stupid layout. Only gonna make folks mad. Lobby only has space to order and a bathroom for employees only.

MenuPriceTracker vs. Delivery Apps & Other Price Sites

How do these prices compare to what Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub show?

Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Seamless inflate McDonald's menu prices by 15–30% on top of the in-store price before adding delivery fees, service fees, and tip. The price you see on a delivery app is not what McDonald's charges at the counter. MenuPriceTracker shows the real menu price from the McDonald's app — what you'd actually pay walking into the restaurant or ordering at the kiosk.

Why not just check TripAdvisor for McDonald's prices?

TripAdvisor doesn't track individual McDonald's store prices. Any price information on TripAdvisor is user-submitted, covers only a small fraction of locations, and can be months or years out of date. MenuPriceTracker tracks store-level prices for 9,200+ US McDonald's locations across all 50 states, refreshed monthly from the McDonald's app.
