The drive thru worker was amazing, she was very nice and respectful. She makes going back a pleasure. Now getting the food was a different story. They make me want to come out of retirement to run a McDonald's again to show them how real customer service works

I waited almost an hour to get my food and it wasn’t even warm. The hasbrowns were cool and not crispy and my McGriddle was undercooked. Worst meal ever. I’ll never return here.

Horrible quality control. I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal, 4 chicken strips and 2 cheeseburger meal with only cheese and ketchup. Got home...no 4 strips and both cheeseburger has mustard on it which I'm highly allergic to. Lucky I could smell the mustard and also I've learned to double check. If I would have taken a bite, I would have landed in urgent care. The fact that 60% of my 34.00 meal was wrong or missing is ridiculous. Have to do better.

Worst McDonalds in Philly to ever purchase from. I don’t know what’s worse, delivery or take out. Workers are incompetent and don’t care about the food quality they serve paying customers. Food is cold, fries are stale and orders are wrong 99% of the time. Fun fact, if they tell you to park on the white line it’s because they clear the order so the serving time doesn’t count but be prepared to wait over 20 minutes in your car for your food, you will have to go inside and remind them to do their job and serve the order because since they cleared it they don’t see it on the screen and they forget all about you and your order while you wait outside

The staff are horrible, the kiosk machine dont ever have any receipt paper when every customer is entitled to a receipt from making a purchase. The soda machine taste like mildew. The staff take way to long to complete the orders.

How do these prices compare to what Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub show?

Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Seamless inflate McDonald's menu prices by 15–30% on top of the in-store price before adding delivery fees, service fees, and tip. The price you see on a delivery app is not what McDonald's charges at the counter. MenuPriceTracker shows the real menu price from the McDonald's app — what you'd actually pay walking into the restaurant or ordering at the kiosk.
