McDonald's Menu Prices at 2730 Perkiomen Ave ★3.4 (1434)

Today I Walked in when breakfast was still available. I was ignored at the counter and Told to use the kiosk. I can’t because of mobility challenges in my hands. When I asked said I just want breakfast, I can wait. She looks at me and says we threw it away. Why would you throw breakfast away when I know that you pancakes all day and I was there ready to order. How does this make any sense? You don’t throw away food when someone is ready to order.

I have plenty of time to leave a review considering they use the parking lot as a drive through buffer. Currently pulled over with six other people. Just do yalls jobs, the line isn't even full.

Lazy workers, fries are always soggy and cold, and not even filled properly. The ice cream machine is always down which means that they simply don’t want to clean it because I worked at McDonald’s as a teen/young adult. It literally takes two seconds to do so, the machine does all the work. When older adults work here it’s good service and fresh food, when it’s the youngsters you get horrible service. What are y’all getting paid so much for? Update: I have never seen an undercooked quarter pounder but you guys never fail pissing me off somehow.

I placed an order online and it was taking forever. I called the store and spoke to the manager who said he didn’t have an order in my name and told me he had no idea what I was talking about. I kept telling him the app was saying his store was preparing my order. Then I heard someone in the background start mouthing off. I hung up, my doordash driver showed up there and he texted me he was waiting on his order and the manager also gave him an attitude. On top of that of course I was missing items from my order! Your manager who just graduated high school needs some training and guidance!!!!

I ordered through mobile order. I chose lemonade. Got to the window "sorry there's no lemonade. What soda you want instead?". So i asked can i get a slushy instead since i was upcharged for the lemonade or a refund. After a few back and forths my lemonade magically appeared. We then realized we were missing the 10 piece from our order and sauces. We got the 10 piece but no sauce. I had to go inside to get the sauces. Had to ask for sauces twice. Customer service sucked, all around.
