McDonald's Menu Prices at 2412 Augusta Hwy ★3.2 (574)

I placed an order thru the McDonald's app so that the order would be correct and quick. It was neither correct or quick. When I arrived at the store, the cashier could not find the order. The manager came to the counter and checked the order on my phone. She keyed in the order on the register. I told her two times that both happy meals and the double cheeseburger were customized. I waited about ten minutes for my food. The manager handed me the order and said"Here ya go". No thank you,no apology for the inconvenience. When I got home, the double cheeseburger was standard- no lettuce,no tomato,which I paid extra for. The happy meal burgers were not customized as ordered. Overall, this was a bad experience. I don't plan on going back. You lost a customer! Ba da ba da bah.

Went to the drive thru and ordered a singular sandwhich. The new hot chicken sandwhich. Took over 15 mins for ONE sandwhich. Got home and opened it. Missing lettuce and jalepenos. Literally half the sandwhich. Get your shit together. Worst Mcdonalds in the area by far.

In my 53 years of life, I’ve only had two McDonald’s restaurants that truly stood out—places that felt more like family than a fast-food chain. The first was years ago on Parklane in Columbia, where the management was some of the most beautiful people you could ever meet. I never thought I’d find that feeling again… but I have. The staff at this location have gone above and beyond, treating me not as just another customer, but like family. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine care make every visit feel special. I can’t express how grateful I am to have them so close to my home. God has blessed me with a beautiful McDonald’s family, and I appreciate each and every one of them more than they know. Went in for a quick snack after work.The doors were locked even though hours were set for eleven. It was only eight o'clock at the time. There were no visible signs saying that the dining area closed early. Very Disappointing, but not surprising last time I went in there. It's 30 minutes to get a one of the dollar deal, meals or whatever, with the nuggets burger fries and a drink.I assume new management as taking the place downhill cause it used to be one of the best ones in the area.

I don't think I've ever wasted my time writing a review on a fast food place because I have low expectations already but this place is awful. The last few times I've ordered curbside, we have had to go inside to get it met with attitude after waiting over 20 minutes for food. So today, I tried the drive thru because it wasn't busy. Sat there over 10 minutes and still no food. I know it's hard to find good help, but there is clearly issues in this place that need fixing. The app should not allow curbside if there is no curbside side help.
