McDonald's Menu Prices at 250 Columbia Ave ★3.4 (1607)

McDonald’s on 250 Columbia Ave, in Lexington, SC has been absolutely amazing! Our church, Vivid in Lexington, SC, just started placing a large order each week to take care of the volunteers who are serving. Jerrell, the shift supervisor, goes above and beyond every single time. Even with weekly changes and adjustments, he handles everything with excellence and a smile. Way to go, McDonald’s — thank you for supporting our volunteers and serving our community so well! 👏🏽

Ordered 3 meals at 6. Of course no one takes your order anymore nor ask if you need assistance. Waited 20+ mins to get my cups for the drinks. Another 10 mins for food. This is fast food, correct? Employees dipped out on their phone cruising through customers with no concerns to the bathroom or outside to enjoy their conversations, leaving the three others to do the majority of the work. People waited at the register, while others left and tables stayed dirty. No one works the lobby anymore. Curious why we make the occasional trip here or any other McDonalds at this point. Its lost any lure it had while I was growing up. Customer service is dead and so is the value. #EatAtHome

We waited in line for the car before us to have their order taken, and it took 10 minutes for someone to take their order. By the time we pulled up to the speaker, our children were screaming and we were pretty frustrated. We sat there for another 15 minutes until someone answered on the speaker and took our order. We watched and both lanes were not moving at all. I called and asked what the delay was, and I was told that they were short-staffed. When I explained the situation, the manager stated that someone was taking orders and i had no reason to complain. Clearly, they were not taking orders if I have been sitting at the speaker for over 15 minutes waiting for my order to be taken, and the car in line beside me is having the same issue. I also watched many cars driving off because they were so fed up with the situation. By the time we got our food, we were pretty frustrated after having waited in line for 45 minutes. We only ordered a 6 piece nugget and a double cheeseburger for my son. We got home and discovered that what we received was actually a McDouble with lettuce, no sauce, cooked well done and a 5 piece nugget. I managed a McDonalds for 7 years before finishing school, so I do understand how difficult it can be when short-staffed, but this was probably the worst experience I have had at a McDonalds and making customers wait over 10 minutes (per car) to be helped is inexcusable.

I ordered a good bit of food on the app and received my order quickly. All of the items were in two bags (one for fries and the other with all the sandwiches) and nothing was missing as has been my experience at other locations with a fraction of items. The fries were very hot and the majority of my sandwiches had modifications which were all correct.

The team today at McDonalds were truly outstanding. Offering sweets, holiday cheer, smiles as we pre-ordered our Grinch meals for our kids. All the times I refused to go McDs they gave me a new point of view with fast food service.
