McDonald's Menu Prices at 8320 West 41st Street ★2.2 (149)

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED. This place has gone SO DOWNHILL. We come through regularly and get the same thing everytime and we have never had issues but tonight was terrible, and I'm absolutely LIVID. We have never had an issue like this and it was so uncalled for! We went through the drive thru and asked for 2 bacon mcdoubles with extra pickle, extra onion, and light mayo (super easy, and my regular). Neither of the burgers had bacon and literally ONE DROP of mayo. Wasn't too much of a big deal, so we came back hoping to have the issues fixed so I could finally eat, but no. Neither of them had onion the next time. This is when I got a little frustrated because how hard is it to get a SIMPLE order right? Now, we went through again, but when we got to the window, they immediately had an attitude and snatched the burgers from us aggressively and walked off laughing. This is TERRIBLE customer service. If you would have got the order right the FIRST TIME, we wouldn't have the issue of coming back over, and over, and over again. Someone needs to fix this place up.

First we went up to window and asked to do multiple orders and were denied even though there were like 100 cars like I don’t want to go through twice so. So I bit the bullet and only ordered 2 orders in one drive through no problem. But here’s were it get wicked I get to the window the first time and they give me one right order then the other order which was wrong. So what would a normal person do eat it duh. So I ate it but that’s not even the worst I sat at the window for 20 min while these two girls were chopping it up not serving me or even talking to me just ignoring me with the food ready so that’s instantly a one star. But it gets better when we came around the second time for food we get the window and they ask for food back saying we stole it like what if you gave me the wrong order I’m finna eat it like I still want what I ordered just got desert free ya know and they didn’t like that response saying I need to give food back or pay for it so I gave them the empty bag of food I ate that they gave to me and they crashed out swearing and freaking out it was very scary so I kept my composure and laughter and told them give me the food I ordered and stop trying get more money which they finally gave up and gave the food very rudely and then proceeded to say I was banned for life like what worst McDonalds experience ever.

The gentleman who took my order in the drive-thru was outstanding. The rest of the experience was terrible. I waited 15 minutes at the third window before I got my food. It was not busy. The burger was so greasy it leaked through the box and bag and left a mark on my seat. Straight to the garbage.

This is one of the worst locations. When you go inside, you have to stand at the counter for 5+ minutes before anyone acknowledges you. They get my order wrong more than half the time - even when ordered through the mobile app. The customer service is bad, too. No bacon given on a bacon cheeseburger; plain sandwich has all the stuff; pay to add cheese - no cheese; *no burger* on a cheeseburger (pictured). Thankfully Taco Bell is open next door. I'll be going there instead.

Probably the worst drive-thru experience. Ordered on the app. Upon arrival, McDs cancelled my order. Had to re-order in the parking lot and use the drive-thru option. Once in the drive-thru, I waited 20 minutes. It's like the entire store decided not to work for 15 minutes. Absolute crap experience.
