McDonald's Menu Prices at 2007 Magwood Rd ★3.3 (1704)

Pictures don't do it justice. I have no idea who was in the kitchen on today's shift 11.30.23 but they shouldn't be in there anymore. My wife and I both threw out our fries. It's almost like the salt shaker burst open in the fry vat and they said screw it and just shoveled it in our order anyway. I've been here many many time without issue. Usually this place is my go-to. Managers check your evening kitchen staff. These fries are not edible even slightly. If I wanted to ingest a block of salt I would've just asked for the salt shaker to pour into my mouth. It's disgusting. But wait it gets better. Not only are the fries trash...but the sandwich was literally throw inside the box lopsided as all hell. Guess what...it was 9:30pm. We were the only car in the drive through. So don't tell me you were rushed and couldn't keep up with orders. Whoever is in there clearly doesn't give a damn. Period.

I visited McDonald’s on Magwood Dr I will never go back there again. The drive thru person Oscar was very rude. I asked to speak to the manager he asked what do you need her for. Then he tells me she don’t speak English anyways. So if she don’t speak English why is she a manager at the restaurant. Then he go tell me that I had an attitude I didn’t have an attitude. I want to speak to the manager that’s all. Then this man started yelling at me the manager came to the window and walked off. This lady said nothing to this man I feel he needs to be fired. Cause that’s not how you act towards your customers.

Please have one lane instead of two!! It makes no sense to have two drive- thru lanes unless you have two people taking orders at the same time. The same person taking the orders in both lines is also taking everyone’s payment. It’s too much for one person and causes the back up anyway. also, I keep asking for specific things and not everyone is fluent in english. It’s hard to communicate sometimes. 🙏 Also, please clean out your soda fountain filters. I’ve been getting a lot of bad drinks there lately. Thank you!

Very kind and polite employees. I had a wonderful conversation with the woman and man behind the register. Despite the order getting messed up, there was no issue correcting it and I got my food hot and fast. The staff are extremely friendly and understanding. This is my go to McDonald's.

Every single time I come through this drive through, I get shorted a hash brown. I always order 2 for the bogo deal, and they always charge me for 2, but I never get 2. HIRE PEOPLE WHO CAN COUNT HIGHER THAN 1! Once is a mistake.... Every single time is theft! That actually brings to mind a curiosity question... How many millions of dollars do you think Mcdonalds makes every yearjust on shorting customers 1 hash brown at a time? You got one more stolen dollar from me today.
