McDonald's Menu Prices at 100 Clemson Rd ★3.3 (2698)

This McDonald's would always get my order right 9 times out of 10 for two years. Now for the last 3 months they have consistently went down with hot fresh food. Come on McDonald's do better. When someone says cook to order learn the order taker to ring it up that way! It was no wait but I would have rather for them to pull me up to get it right.

We ordered a shamrock shake and a small fry. We went through the drive-through after sitting in the drive-through for 20 minutes. They told us to pull into a parking space which we did. The manager walks out with an attitude 30 minutes later, telling us the machine or something didn’t work and they could not make the sheet. We told them we wanted a refund we sat there even longer. Finally they brought out a shape to our car magically after they told us you couldn’t get a shake and this is going on 45 minutes of sitting in a McDonald’s parking lot and they forgot our fry at that point we just pulled off with no french fries! If people are gonna pay for stuff, y’all need to do better if you don’t like your job, don’t work in fast food with nasty attitudes. We didn’t wanna wait any longer so we paid for stuff we did not even get because it was such horrible service.

This place was chaos. Could not use the bathroom because teenagers were making tik toks. High school kids running around making videos throughout the store. The manager with pink hair was absolutely the rudest person I've ever met who only wanted to associate with high school kids. Asked my my Uber eats order. She cut me off when I asked about my order. Then the manager started cussing about a bus just pulled up. Another employee stated. Lock the door. Nobody was eating in the restaurant that was taken over by about 25 high school kids. Will never go back here before

I do not like ti eat in these chains but it is absurd that they have breakfast and meal times, like they were a fine restaurant. I do not think the personn that eats French fries, hamburgers and soda, would be so discrete and organized of do not eat that, but after 11 in the morning.

I went through the drive thru around 2:30am on Dec 30th. Service was fast and the gentleman at the window was friendly and patient with my order. Ordered a lot because my family missed dinner do to us being at CVet all evening.
