McDonald's Menu Prices at 2 Plaza Drive ★3.1 (1539)

I am writing to report a very concerning experience at this McDonald’s drive-through. I waited in line for approximately 15 minutes. After placing my order (a single Egg McMuffin), I mentioned that there were around 10 cars behind me. When I reached the window, the employee told me she didn’t care and said, “If you don’t like it, too bad.” Her tone and attitude were completely unprofessional. When I paid, I was handed a receipt that was extremely sticky, which was both unsanitary and inappropriate. It appeared intentional. The order then took additional time, and when I received my food, the employee continued with the same dismissive behavior and told me that if I didn’t like the experience, I should have come inside instead of using the drive-through. Given her behavior and the condition of the receipt, I did not feel comfortable eating the food and was genuinely concerned it could have been tampered with. After reviewing other customer feedback, it is clear this is not an isolated incident. Multiple reviews describe similar behavior, and photos in those reviews appear to show the same employee. This experience raises serious concerns about customer service standards, food safety, and management oversight at this location. I hope corporate leadership will review this matter closely and take appropriate action.

Today I had the worst experience at this McDonald’s. I went through the Drive-Thru to pick up my order, which I had already paid for over half an hour earlier. Since it was raining, I decided to go directly to the window so no employee would have to come outside and get wet. One employee reacted rudely, told me my order wasn’t ready and that I shouldn’t have gone through there. On top of that, she insulted me and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. I find this treatment unacceptable, especially from someone representing a company like McDonald’s, which should focus on giving customers a positive experience. I hope the managers take action regarding this situation, because experiences like this severely damage the restaurant’s image.

Been sitting in line for 30 minutes now. The girl taking orders is also running the register and doesn't have the ability to do both. Whoever is making the food and prepping orders must be busy doing anything EXCEPT their jobs. There's no excuse for this. None. Judging from the reviews, the owner doesn't seem to care, either.

Miserable employees! I will never visit this McDonalds again and that’s saying a lot because it’s the closest to my job. I did a mobile order and went inside to grab it. The lady handling the orders was very aggressive for seemingly no reason at all to both customers and her coworkers. She kept screaming and I mean screaming the orders out but not turning around to see or listening if the customer was there to except it. She screamed my order out 3 times before I could get her attention. She told the guy beside me to speak up. I told her that I hope her day gets better … she did not like that. I won’t be back but I was suggest maybe keeping her in back and make sure she gets her breaks .. she needs them.. I can’t express enough the amount of anger pouring out of her and filling the building. I’d also recommend having someone who is dedicated to the front end without having to assemble orders at the same time. Some employees are clearly getting overwhelmed and that’s not good for anyone involved.

This place needs a good Manager! This place is fast food but no customer service at all. I would fire everyone in that fin place!
