McDonald's Menu Prices at 1364a Highway 38 W ★3.3 (2093)

I'm shocked at the professional of this establishment. Great service with a smile. Quick and friendly service. Of all the McDonald's I've visited...I am impressed. I appreciate the crew leader and the staff. TY!

This McDonalds has the hottest the freshest burger and fries. We enjoyed our visit the employees were very nice. Can't say anything about the atmosphere we were on the go.

I've lived in oakgrove for 6+ years and the Management is what makes this place so iffy. They treat you how they want and there lack of skills taking orders always trying to rush you and say," okay is that it" after every item you ask for is ridiculous. I've worked in Fast food and in the food industry for 10 plus years. The training needs to be better and if someone has a bad attitude then send them home and do your job as a manager and stop standing around or sitting in the office. Also closing 30 minutes early some nights because you need time to finish closing so when it's time to close you can leave is unacceptable. You do that after your closing time. It's a lot of childish drama from not only some cashiers but the store manager as well. How can a customer be in there eating but yet you're talking bad about your employees because they're not there but act like they're your best friend when they come to work. Also messing up someones order that you don't like outside of work.... been told this by current and non current employee's. I'm not a fan of fast food after working for several chain businesses as i was an ASM and they put me at stores that needed help. I come here because my children love chicken nuggets and it's the cheapest for the quality in latta oakgrove area.

Extremely dirty restaurant. It was obviously dirty from the night before. All tables were dirty. Bathroom looks like hasn’t been clean in weeks. The team members did not care to even properly package all items, we got our order wrong. They were too busy talking about what happened last night.

Whenever you order a hot plate pancake you would expect that you get syrup and butter but nope how dumb you got to be to forget that come on now. Y’all got to do better and you got to ask them for your drinks and then when you do ask them to give you your drink they get all mad at you because you ask to get your drink that they forget to give to you when they gave me my food. It on the receipt on the bag. If you can’t read the receipt then you don’t need to be handled food you need to clean the floors take the trash out. It not a one time thing it all the time thing and the customer in there waiting for 20 minutes on a biscuit. They need to get cooperation in there let them be undercover and see how bad it is.
