McDonald's Menu Prices at 4364 Augusta Rd ★3.4 (1482)

First, I will start by saying this is the slowest McDonald’s in the history of McDonald’s. I’m not sure what is always going on that you have to sit and wait several looong minutes before they take your order in the drive through. Why are we always put on hold? What are we always waiting on? One time it took so long I wanted to leave but it was a mobile order so I drove to the window asking what the deal is because I had been sitting so long waiting for someone to take my order. Anyways, this might be petty but I came today SOLEY to get my dog a pup cup. You see, last week when I came they gave him one and he was so excited. So, since it’s his birthday I decided to order him some chicken nuggets and a pup cup. Well, they came back to the window and said “They don’t do that anymore.” Okay, jerks. My dog was very sad. Thanks a lot.

Refused my order because I was 2 minutes late for breakfast even though I ordered it 15 minutes prior. So because their drive through took ages my order was not made. Then they tell me they're going it issue me a refund and they do not. I was charged, never refunded, and never received any food despite wasting my time going all the way to the location.

How does this place stay in business is the real question here. Ordered on the app got to drive through and there were only 2 cars in front of me but still took 15 minutes to take my code. When I got around to the window I was gave the wrong order so I went back in to get the right order and the manager was pretty rude while handling it. I get my order and go out to the car and its wrong again! So now I have to go back in for the manager to catch another attitude with me just to get my order that I paid for 30 minutes ago. Maybe managers are hard to find these days but it will definitely reflect on this business.

1 star isn’t even low enough to describe my experience. I ordered online, and when it got here (it was unopened when I received it) I opened it ready to eat cause I was hungry, well more than half of my order was missing. I went to the McDonald I ordered from and went inside to see about getting it fixed, the lady at the register asked me what’s wrong and I told her flat out my order is wrong I would like it fixed. She then told me she packaged my meal and that she put everything in it, and then proceeded to blame the delivery driver. I told her that that wasn’t a possibility since it was very clearly sealed and unopened when I received it and she said “well I don’t know then” and proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid. She asked if I wanted my order fixed to which I said yes and she started to ring up everything again, and yes when I received it the 2nd time it was still wrong, and I was made to pay for my order that THEY messed up to be fixed. I asked for a manager and was told that she was the only person I could talk to. I didn’t give her a single ounce of attitude but maybe I should have considering how she treated me. I spent in total around $40 ($20 the first time and $15 the 2nd) this morning all because they messed up my order. Don’t order here, I think the only person that I’ve talked to inside that store that has treated customers like people is the older woman who is usually on window, she is very sweet. The younger lady (maybe Hispanic) that I talked to this morning was very disrespectful and shouldn’t be allowed to deal with customers AT ALL.

Update: got talked into trying again for a happy meal on the way home. Got half way through my burger and thought it tasted funny. Got home and looked at it and it was raw meat. Picture included. This place should be closed. Gonna make some calls in the morning. Original: Waited at the drive thru speaker for over 7 minutes from the time I actually looked at the clock without a response. Several cars drove off and they only took one order from the other lane while I was waiting in silence. I finally had to leave too. at 530 on a Tuesday night they should be able to at least take an order. This location needs new management. They are always the worst one I stop at but the closest to my house for a happy meal. Do yourself a favor and go to the burger King across the street or the subway. You made my daughter sad tonight. Great job! I've said I wouldn't go back to this location before but I think this time I'm really done with you guys.
