McDonald's Menu Prices at 104 Towne Centre Parkway ★3.6 (1891)

Waited 30 mins for food inside Had to ask for drinks while waiting Three people standing there not doing nothing Dining room had trash everywhere Trash cans over flowing Fries were over cooked Horrible experience

Drove 20 minutes to this place because they were one of a few places near us showing that didn’t close at 11pm. Showed up with a mobile order after 11pm. 2 cars were waiting in the drive thru. After 5 minutes, I just go around to the window and nothing. Not a single person was seen inside. Lights were on. Timers on the board running 15 minutes and more. Place wasn’t supposed to close until 2am via drive thru. We all drove away and went next door to the Cook Out. Watched from Cook Out drive thru, over 10 cars pulling up to McDonalds and leaving to come over to Cook Out. Never returning to this McDonads again. Listen to the reviews!

We would like to make this review for the manager David. He is such a pleasure and really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right. He is always so nice and always smiling, also just love his accent lol He should definitely be recognized for his kindness, they are lucky to have him!!

Was greeted at drive thru speaker by Chris. He took our very special order per person's preference. Two cheeseburger meal, no mustard, no pickle, extra onions. The fries to have no salt. The burgers were rang in correctly but had no onions, no ketchup and both fries had salt. Went back to chris saying he rang it up correctly but all came out wrong. No one else was in drive thru with us so well he personally went to make food himself and told us how long it would be. He allowed us to stay at window. He returned with the freshest fries I've had from most McDonald's around the area and not only that but apple pies that were fresh and correct burgers. Showered us with amazing customer service the whole time and said he didn't want to have upset customers. Just need every one to know he went above and beyond like no others usually do. He turned what could of been a bad situation into an excellent experience and will definitely be back to this McDonald's. Thank you Chris for providing this excellent customer service and correcting order personally and giving more then you had too. All stores should have a Chris!!!!

Sometimes they are a little slow but that's because they are busy. It's a consistent experience which I value, the food that is. Some MacDonald's things are great but next time awful or mediocre but not here so far l.
