McDonald's Menu Prices at 991 Edgefield Road ★3.2 (1806)

This place is pretty bad, horrible smell as you walk thru the doors, wasn’t greeted for roughly 15 minutes waiting for a mobile order. Nuggets were badly overcooked and they were out of the Grinch meals and dipping sauces I initially requested.

I went to this McDonald’s at 11:30 PM and ordered two large fries and used an app code for a 10 count Nugget. I get to the window after paying and they say they have no more nuggets. After pulling us up to wait for an equal exchange, we sit and wait for another 25 minutes until they closed the store and shut off the lights. We pull back around. They said there was nothing they could do about it and had no order from us. Horrible experience and the worst McDonalds you could possibly find.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a small fry with condiments on the side. When the woman at the window, whose name I believe is Erika, opened the window, she asked, “What is the hot sauce for?” I responded that it was for my fries, and she rolled her eyes before closing the window without another word. When I received my order from a young man at the next window, he mentioned that Erika hadn’t given me all of my condiments. In addition, my fries were cold and not even filled to the top of the bag (I have a photo showing this). I went inside to request a fresh order of fries. Erika and another employee saw me walk in but didn’t greet me or offer assistance—they continued their conversation instead. The same young man from the drive-thru ended up helping me, and I appreciated his professionalism. Unfortunately, this type of poor service has been a consistent issue at this location for several years. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I believe customers deserve respectful service and properly prepared food.

Went to this McDonalds for lunch. Half of the order kiosks weren't working. When we went to sit down, ALL the tables were dirty. My daughter asked for something to clean the table and was told to just use a napkin (like that will get the ketchup and soda of the table). I ended up cleaning our table with hand sanitizer and napkins. It also took about 15 minutes to get 14 nuggets and 3 burgers. Our orders were wrong and nuggets were cold.

I waited for my breakfast 40 minutes and I was patient and when I got my order they forgot my bacon egg and cheese biscuit and they said no sorry we switched to lunch so I guess you just aren’t getting it. Who owns this place because you guys also didn’t even have Coke I ordered 2 cokes…MCDONALDS CORP the manager Tania was the GM the person I spoke to all she had to say was that is to bad. I expect you guys fix this.
