worst freaking mcdonald’s ever all my burgers got the same thing a big splat of ketchup no onions pickles or mustard n when i try to call they’re phone isn’t in service? maybe because they know they’re lazy and don’t want to hear the complaints absolutely disgusting quality disgusting cold food and i truly hope yall get shut down or find a better general manager. spent $50 btw for that crap service.

First and last time going to this location. The service wasn’t polite, but it wasn’t rude either. Just rushed and “ok bye” feeling. Got a large fry and an ice coffee. The fries were barely warm and kind of old but not the worst I’ve had. I ordered a pumpkin coffee because it was available on the app, at the speaker she asked for my code, gave it, she didn’t confirm the order or anything just immediate said “first window”. Went to the window and was greeted with “I don’t sell pumpkin any more.” Responded “ok can I have caramel?” And again “I don’t have pumpkin.” “Yes, so can I have caramel instead?” She said yeah and handed me the receipt and walked off to yell “that pumpkin is a caramel.” Didn’t matter much because I received a cup of milk. There was a little caramel in the bottom that I can’t even taste once mixed in, but this is just milk on ice. No sweetener or anything. The only color to it is from my lighting. Not worth going back.

If I could give a rating lower than 1 I would. I used mobile order. Arrived to the window and was told the restaurant is out of all food. What! I said I’ll change my order. They said they are out of everything. Hmmmm. I found that hard to believe. I asked for a refund. They said I have to contact corporate. I did. Nothing! I even asked for a credit on my app. Nothing. I contacted BBB and they said restaurants like this rarely respond to complaints. So, I’m out my money. And, when when I drove by the restaurant about 30 minutes later there were people being served in the drive thru. Imagine that. They received food in 30 minutes and had time to cook it for the next in line customers.

Ordered coffee. Was super important as it’s the only thing I have to drink all day. Verified I ordered it with sugar on the screen. Asked when they handed me the bag that they put sugar in it. They assured me they did. Got an hour away and opened it. It was full of cream. I had the throw it away. Don’t go here. They don’t care.

This place is a joke! I went thru the drive thru specifically for a Caramel Frappé for me and one for my man. I also had my app pulled up to get the code to get my sweet doggie a double cheeseburger to which my Code allowed me 40% off. The guy comes on the speaker with no personality, didn’t ask would I be using my mobile app… just basically what you want…I told him I had a code and when it came up I give it to him and then he says ok what else? I told Him how I wanted the burger and again he says “what else”? I said we want to Caramel Frappes…. And he cut me off with “ Our Frappé machine do not work and I don’t like fooling with it!” …… So we drove off which I’m sure made his day! I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional and lazy (shall I go on?) this employee was!!!!! From what I gathered, the machine wasn’t broken, his ability to take the time to fix two frappe's was broken and he wasn’t doing anything that required a little extra work!!!! Unbelievable!!! So because I had already clicked on the deal in my app, I lose it and I didn’t get the frappé I was really craving and although we didn’t really have the money to be spending on them we had decided to splurge …..This guy ruined that for us, my dog left hungry and we left with no frappé. I may have believed the machine was broke(which is an excuse I’ve heard over and over along with the ice cream Machine being broken) from nearly every McDonalds I’ve gone to no matter what town I’ve been in, but when he added that he “don’t like fooling with it” that let me know all I need to know!!!! Lazy employees who don’t want to do their job but want to get paid and I’m sorry but Mcds should fire any and every employee that pulls this crap! No excuses! These days of the machine is broke or down it’s Mcds needs to be over with! It’s 2026 Mcds make your employees do better or FIRE them and get some employees in there that understand making ice creams and frappe’s is all part of the job!!!
