McDonald's Menu Prices at 2244 Chesnee Hwy ★3 (1980)

would give them 0 if that was possible . this is the slowest , “fast food” business i’ve ever been to . my son loves mcdonald’s or id never be back … 20 min in a drive thru while the left side order gets took after just pulling up is crazy . then get to the window there’s 5 employees with a manger just standing around chit chatting took 25 mins on a happy meal… worst experience ever

Don't go here. Drive through was not busy, just two cars in front of us. We pulled up and no greeting. Then several moments of "hold on..." heard over the speaker and a few " can you wait a moment?"s while I sat quietly. When it was time to order, I spoke clearly and slowly, with very few alterations to my order. A large #3, no cheese (lactose intolerance for my child). 4 plain McChickens. A 6-piece happy meal with BBQ sauce. We drove up and paid, but the wait for the food was oddly long. They also asked for what our drink order was three times. It should have been right there on the order in front of them. I got the order and could tell one sandwich with a combo was just made fresh and hot, while the McChicken sandwich patties, (asked for on a plain sandwich so that they could be made fresh), were clearly very old and hard and not even warm. They were all like leather! I was very sad to have driven away before checking, because the main sandwich was clearly made fresh( likely remade because we overheard they made it wrong the first time and "contaminated it with cheese" was what was overheard) and thought the others would be fresh, too, so we went on our way. I'm extremely disappointed. All four McChicken sandwiches were not only very hard and old, but one of the buns was flat on one side with what appeared to be a shoe-print on it. What?!? To top it off...they forgot the BBQ sauce, or any sauce, for my toddler's nugget happy meal. I had even asked for mayo and ketchup and got this, but no one cared to add sauce to the happy meal, even though they asked. Why ask if you are too lazy to put it with the order?? Sorry...I didn't have any time and didn't want to have to write a review, but as expensive as fast food has gotten, this should have been an extremely easy order for this multi- billion dollar company. Shame on you, McDonald's. Normally I wouldn't care, but the entire experience was repulsive.

I went Tuesday November 25, 2025 and I gave my code 2 times couldn't find it so I gave her a new code still couldn't find it, then got to window to pay, she was hella rude. Then pulled to 2nd window waited there 20 mins for 2 cheeseburger happy meal, they thru the fries in the boxes without the fry holder. I told her no ketchup and they put it on both burgers, 😡 I'll post pictures on what I'm talking about. I didn't get the large fries I had ordered. The drinks was wrong 1 full to rim but other wasnt as full. I won't visit this location again..

1-11-26…. I ordered through the McDonalds app because my 2 year old was sick and I didn’t wanna get out the car. I waited over 20mins for someone to bring out my food no one never came so I went inside the manger acted like he was so busy and ima rush he didn’t even check on me. So after he passed me again I asked aye my man just checking on the status of my meal he instantly got hostile you see I’m The only one up here right you see that right I said yeah but I’ve been waiting over 30 mins he said they was here before you I said I ordered online curbside over 30 mins ago I asked for a refund he said no then asked me if I wanted to step out side to handle it like men meaning he was going to fight me… I am a veteran I’m not trying to fight you over a meal that’ I paid for and been waiting for half a hour for.. it’s so much that happened I would never go back I even called corporate and told them now I’m waiting on a response back.

The food made my parents violently sick. At least they have the common decency to remake a burger without a specific item if it had already been contaminated. Would have had an allergic reaction if they did not remake my food. Otherwise there was no salt on our fries, one of our McChickens were old appeared to have been stepped on, and they forgot my little sister’s darn barbecue sauce. DO NOT EAT AT THIS MCDONALDS.
