McDonald's Menu Prices at 3891 Trenton Rd ★3 (2027)

First off, the people that served us were great and very friendly. Our food came out quickly too, and it was fine. The store was absolutely filthy, though. You can see some of this in my pictures, and it was more extensive than what is shown. The floor leading to the bathrooms was coated with grease as well. If it hadn't been raining, this wouldn't have been an issue, but wet shoes combined with the grease almost made both me and my wife slip. If we are back in the area, we will probably choose somewhere else.

Two wonderful staff members used exceptional customer service this morning (A & H) while working the drive thru. I was greeted with a warm welcome and esteemed customer service once I arrived at both windows. They both are very sweet and polite ladies. I appreciate you all for starting my day off with an even bigger smile.

I am not the person to write reviews but I'm going to. I ordered a number 7 meal with the nuggets, and instead I got a 4-piece nugget, a spicy McChicken, and a small fry. I am sorry but how do you mess that up? They were not even busy either. The guy at the speaker was sweet but when I got my food the employees were laughing and giggling and messing around.

Came at about 10:50 at night it’s now 11:39 and I have been sitting in the drive through line along about 4 or 5 other cars no orders have been placed until I called the store of course no answer but crazy how after I tried to call orders start being taken anyways I sit in the line for 30 minutes if not more and sit at the order speaker for about 10 more minutes for finally get my order taken. Employees sound as if they are irritated people are eating here as if it’s not a fast food place??? Open to the public?? At night ?? On top of that she continues to ask “that’s all for you” as if I haven’t waited near 40 minutes in the line to Order a few McDoubles, fries, and 2 drinks. Sit waiting on my food for another 6-7 minutes to get to the window and pay 26$ for my food after I’ve waited on McDonald’s for 45-50 minutes… it’s McDonald’s fast and friendly?? It was not giving that at all. Employees and laughing on phones and enjoying there time and I understand wanting to have a fun time at work or whatever because I work in fast food but the fact that there is multiple cars in the drive through and this is going on is crazy to me.and not to mention did not even fill my drinks up fully. Service is horrible. Food is ok although still doesn’t seem fresh because the fries are not hot but just warm. I can not make this up. This is horrible. Whatever you do please just choose a different McDonald’s because this is absolutely awful.

Not horrible. Several kids work in the drive-through on my last visit. The vibe was that I was disturbing them. Not great at making an iced coffee either. Nobody really smiles at this location.
