McDonald's Menu Prices at 357 Charles Seivers Blvd ★3.4 (1823)

The restaurant is clean, modern and comfortable. But the self ordering screens were both down and only a few items were posted on the wall screen. We had to wait in line and ask about available items and prices. Very strange. You would think that they would promote all of their foods, but very little was visually available.

This place is hit or miss when it comes to customizing your food. Half the time they get my order wrong due to either the drive-thru person not knowing how to customize something or due to the line Cooks not reading the instructions on the label. They're always great at correcting it whenever I bring it to their attention but it's becoming more of an inconvenience to go here now because I've had to go back inside after going through the drive-thru to have something corrected.

So, I made an order for Big Breakfast with hotcakes, 3 McGriddles and a hotcakes and sausage thru the McDonald's app. Doordash picked up the order. But only received the big breakfast with pancakes. So, I called McDonald's, The manager told me I would have to get the rest tomorrow. So, I called Cooperate. I know where I work. We are to replace the items. But, the doordash driver should of known the also, that the bag was too light for the size of the order.

I will drive to Oak ridge or to the other side of Clinton from now on for Mcdonald's. Fries are constantly lukewarm, but today they were COLD. No apologies for the cold food or having to wait. Everyone at this store needs soft skills re - training. Poor leadership and poor standards for food. Fries taste like they are reheated. SAD

I recently had a truly disappointing experience at McDonald's that I feel compelled to share. While waiting on our meal, I encountered a roach and promptly filmed it to document the issue. When I approached the cashier to request a refund, I also offered to show her where the roach was so she could address the problem directly. To my surprise, she declined, saying she didn't want to see it. This response left me feeling uneasy and concerned. It gave the impression that the staff might be aware of a pest problem but are choosing to ignore it, which is incredibly troubling. My family and I have always enjoyed dining at McDonald's, but this incident has made us reconsider eating there in the future. It's disheartening to feel that our concerns were dismissed so readily. I hope this feedback prompts the management to take pest control seriously and ensure a cleaner, more welcoming environment for customers. Until then, I think we’ll be looking for alternative dining options.
