McDonald's Menu Prices at 1225 Trotwood Ave ★3.6 (2014)

this is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They have a lot of young people working there. Everyone is always so friendly. They’re so nice when they greet you when you’re ordering your food. The food is always hot and the order is always correct. I just can’t get over the fact that I come here and I’m not reading it with a growl like it every other McDonald’s I have visited.

I had asked for no onions, extra grill, salt, and extra pickles but instead I had no extra grill salt, but I had What looks like they took a baseball size handful and chucked at my sandwich of onions on it. And it’s not the first time, but it looks like they have punched my sandwich to flatten it?!?! Come on guys what the heck!!!!

They can’t make orders right and don’t answer the phone to make it right. Multiple times I’ve ordered double cheeseburgers and they’re serving up McDoubles. I paid for that cheese y’all need to give a credit or stop tryna short people

This place is the worst, but it's the only place I can go within 30 miles when my kid needs to get out of the house in the winter and play. I mean, aside from that far-right chicken place that isn't open on Sundays...but that's another rant altogether. Now, I don't traditionally like to leave bad reviews, but I come here enough to confirm that this place is the kind of terrible to warrant it. That said, I don't think they've ever (even once) gotten my order correct. We always grab a number and head straight to the back. We make it easy and order on the app, so I don't understand how they can get it wrong time after time. Trust you me -- they do. What irks me the most is they never make any excuses, nor do they ever apologize. All that aside, what put me over the edge tonight was how long I waited (22 minutes) before having to go all the way to the front whilst my 3 year old is up in the jungle gym and won't come down. I collect my (obviously cold by now) mayonnaise-entombed "burgers" from the seemingly brain-dead employee and head back to make sure the kiddo isn't getting bitten by the girl he's playing with. Please, for the love of all that is holy, get it together over there people. Really, the only redeeming quality about this place is the cleaning woman. She does an amazing job and clearly takes pride in het work. Now that I think of it though, I wonder if she's responsible for cleaning the indoor play equipment? If so, I rescind my previous statement. But yeah, only go there if you have to. If that changes, I'll let y'all know by updating this here review, yaheardme?

Every time that I have went to this McDonald’s, it has been just disgusting and they put way too much Condiments on your food! My burger was saturated in mayonnaise so bad that the box was soaking wet. People work hard for their money they should at least get proper food.
