McDonald's Menu Prices at 906 Two Mile Pky ★3.3 (1687)

Update, all the food has been properly assembled any time that I ordered but today I hit a different issue, I ordered 2 apple pies and instead received a pumpkin pie and an order of fries. I understand they might’ve run out of Apple pies and maybe even pumpkin pies but imagine my surprise at seeing only 4 of the 6 items I ordered. I kinda wish I’d get cashiers like that at the grocery store so I’d only have to pay for 2/3 of my groceries. Guess we can’t all be winners.

I'll start this by saying I do not leave reviews like this. I have worked in food service near 20+ years and know how people can weaponize bad reviews for petty reasons. With that said. I have been visiting this location for years before the rebuild and over my last few visits, the quality of service from the dine in has diminished. While I understand the service model here has changed since the kiosks have been installed It seems the team are more focused on wrestling each other behind the counter or quoting their favorite tik toks as loud as they can (maybe they think we can see them?) and tonight somehow my fries were both overcooked and cold (thats impressive). I don't think I will be returning to this location for quite some time.

McDonald’s always hits the spot when you need something quick and tasty. The service is fast and efficient, and the food is consistently fresh and made just the way I expect it. The fries were hot and crispy, the burger was put together neatly, and everything came out in just a few minutes. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Whether it’s breakfast, a quick lunch, or a late-night bite, this McDonald’s always delivers great value and dependable quality.

I went thru the drive thru Sunday around 6pm . I ordered my food (29.32) for me and my kids . First the person at the window gave me my drinks and told me have a nice day ! I asked do I get my food he replied “oh yes sorry I’m sleepy!” Instructed me to pull to the second window . Gives me my bag with my food and walks away. I checked my bag and had NONE OF MY FRIES for my 3 meals . I continued to blow the horn for at least 5 minutes and nobody came back to the window . I got out of my car to go in (IN THE RAIN) and had to call the manager out to receive the rest of my food . I go home and give my kids their food and my son came and asked me why wasn’t his burger cooked !? Of course I got in my car and went all the way back to McDonald’s and showed them his burger !! It was actually STILL COLD AROUND THE EDGES! This restaurant needs to be shut down everytime i go it’s always problems ! So many people were coming in with complaints about their food being wrong ! The manager was so clueless and always is
