McDonald's Menu Prices at 3470 Lebanon Rd ★3.5 (1256)

My order is ready and its right there but she kept preparing others food to give out them at once. Look at this line. Such an unprofessional

I’ve been getting bacon egg and cheese bagels from McDonald’s since I moved to Chicago in 2017, and I had the best one I’ve ever had this morning at this location. It had the perfect amount of sauce and toppings, the bagel was soft, and nothing was lopsided. Thanks for a good breakfast!

Breakfast before School.....yesss please!!! McDonalds service was super fast early in the morning and everything was hot and fresh. Definitely not something to do every morning but this is a great quick grab of your in a hurry to get to work or school in the mornings. I placed the order and before I could get my change we were handed our bag of food.

I visited McDonald’s store #3470, 3470 Lebanon Pike, Hermitage, TN 37076 on 1/27/2026 to pick up a mobile order. When I arrived inside the store, I was informed that their systems were down. I completely understand that technical issues happen, and I was patient and respectful about the situation. However, when I asked the manager, Nancy, how I could cancel my mobile order, I explained that I had already tried and that the app would not allow me to cancel. Despite this, she was extremely rude and dismissive, responding with “Oh well, we don’t have your order, there’s nothing I can do,” and made no attempt to help resolve the issue. I have since confirmed that when a mobile order is placed and the customer is charged, the responsibility still falls on McDonald’s, even if the store’s system is down. I was charged for my order and did not receive any food, and the manager refused to offer a solution, refund, or assistance. This experience was unacceptable due to both the lack of resolution and the manager’s unprofessional behavior. I am simply requesting either a refund or for my order to be honored.

They refused to give me my food that I’d ordered and paid for on the Mobile App with the excuse that “our WiFi is down so we can’t see the order.” This is after I showed them the order on the app. Manager was super rude. Other employees giggling at my frustrations. I will also be emailing corporate.
