I had a very unpleasant experience at this location regarding my child that was placing an order The service was horrible, and the manager, Yolanda, was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. As a customer, I did not feel heard or treated with basic courtesy. This situation could have been handled much better, but instead it escalated due to the manager’s attitude. Because of this experience, I am requesting to speak with someone from the corporate office to address this matter properly. I hope corporate takes this complaint seriously and ensures better customer service moving forward.

Crappy manager that got an attitude with everybody. They got my daughter's order wrong, and when I politely told them I got someone else's order, this grown woman named Yolanda decided it was her time to shine. Apart from not listening to me not wanting a refund or needing something extra, she had the audacity to just tell my kid to eat whatever was in the bag. I tried to kindly tell her multiple times that they mistakingly gave us someone else's order, and she automatically slammed the window door on us. The other staff was pretty calm and nice trying to calm her down and get our order right especially since it was a pick up order, but she continued yelling at me and my daughter. SHE IS ONLY 5 YEARS OLD BTW! WHILE THIS GROWN WOMAN WAS TRYING TO TELL HER TO JUST EAT WHATEVER WAS IN THE BAG! Idk if her husband left her or if her taxes didn't come early, but Yolanda almost lost her wig.

Haven't had mcdonalds in ages bc it was so bad last time I tried. The food was cold when they handed me tge bag. The food is obviously leftover from lunch. The bread maybe leftover over from last year it is so hard. Thanks for taking my money again and giving me inedible food. I can skip mcdonalds again for at least another year. It's magical how all these big chain fast food companies keep seeing their profits slipping amd think what they need is to have a Grinch partnership to drive sales back up. Just serve edible food without the attitude. It s really simple but ya ll wont pay more to get better employees. You d rather skimp on payroll costs, drive away customers by serving disgusting food, and then wonder why your restaurant is slow at 5.30 pm.

The majority of the employees are excellent and complete their work with professionalism and compassion to everyone. The managers especially CJ are outstanding and true assets to this location, but there is one employee responsible for cleaning the restaurant who is primarily on the morning shift that has the worst attitude I have ever seen. He appears to be a truly miserable human being who is constantly angry with the world always complaining about anything and everything he can latch onto that he does not agree with or see's as an injustice or slight to him. He ruins the experience for all of the patrons. Hopefully he will find employment elsewhere where he can be content but I doubt it. Unfortunately people like this never change and love to make everyone else miserable.

Worst McDonald's ever. Customer service is non existent. Had a mobile order and waited at the curbside for almost 20 minutes before I decided to just go inside. Got inside and stood in the spot for curbside or online. No one addressed me till about 10 seconds asking did I have a curbside I responded yes. He then hands me my frappe with caramel running down the sides and a bag with my order. My food was old and my bun was almost over cooked. I left and was very disappointed. No one even apologized for me having to come in...
