I'M MOST DEFINITELY COMING UP THERE TO GET MY ORDER CORRECT OR A REFUND!!!!!! I ALSO TOOK PICTURES OF MY RECEIPT AND ORDER

I have ordered on my mobile app my son some nuggets and fries with no salt with three sauces. The fries have a lot of salt on it and the general manager, which is an American girl. This just happened at 4:20 PM today she gave me the wrong sauces tried to give me the incorrect order in drive-through. I did not take it and I let her know that that was not mine so by the time she gave me my order, she gave me three different sauces that was incorrect my son like three different sauces which is sweet sour, honey mustard barbecue they were out of barbecue, which is fine. She gave me another one which salsa sauce or something I’m not sure never heard of it Piccante sauce I told her I never heard of that so I told her I would come inside to get the sauce cause I did not wanna hold up the line because she’s going back-and-forth with me about different sauces Which to me was rude so I came into the store to change my son sauce out for his nuggets, she continue to go back-and-forth with me. She is very unprofessional and I come to this McDonald’s quite often because it’s headed home from picking up my son from school. Please speak with the general manager about talking to customers. Thank you

If I could give absolutely ZERRRRRO stars I would. First of all, the drive thru was down took them 10 mins just to tell us come inside or bye basically. SECONDLY my sandwich is MOLDED!!!!!! I will be calling the damn health department because this is Crazy!! This is what ya’ll feeding us? Mind you there were kids in there getting breakfast before school…… absolutely disgusting! So I PRAY I don’t get sick but I will definitely be calling today. And the sausage was UNDER COOKED not brown at all that junt light skin as heck!

When you serve a glass for a drink, you don't have to put your fingers in it. I've seen this before, not for the first time. The meat was cooked well, but it could have been better. Overall, the atmosphere is not bad. It's clean enough, as far as it can be. They didn't mix up the order.

I’ve simply never seen service this bad in my life. When you come to McDonald’s, you expect at least some basic standards, but this is just terrible. I honestly don’t understand who hired this staff or how they were hired. It looks like they just picked people off the street and put them to serve customers. Their appearance is awful, the place is dirty, and the service is disgusting.
