McDonald's Menu Prices at 3149 N Thomas St ★3 (1909)

This location just needs to be shut down. The workers are literally getting paid to do absolutely nothing or the bare minimum. There have been so many times I went to this location and they were not accepting orders or if they do they only are accepting certain orders with certain food options. Door dash? Please forget it. I ordered an iced coffee, pancakes and sausage for my kids….for myself a steak McMuffin. I received hot coffee! That was spilled all Over my kids food and NO steak muffin. LOL! The workers literally do what they want. This is out of hand. Yall need to get new staff or better management. Ppl spend their hard earned money with this location to only get BS every time or nothing at all. This is unacceptable. Someone has to care!

We were traveling home from Atoka, TN and was passing near this location in Frayser. We ordered online the app and pull up to go on. Dining room doors locked and Dining room closed. We went to drive thru and was able to get our order picked up. My wife had ordered 2 round eggs and those normally come in a small container but for some reason they put them in with our daughter's saguage and pancakes. My wife is allergic to saguage so we circled the parking lot and ask for two more eggs. After we pulled up to window they ask for our order back and then swapped with a complete new order with a bad attitude. Soda we ordered were weak and tastless. We had 500 more miles to travel so we just left and got a drink down the road.

Sat in drive thru for a hr this cant be a shift change they not taking order they not cooking they not clean just in the back laugh with a line full of ppl multiple cars left and i been around the drive thru twice from cars leaving. Ive placed a mobile order which could be canceled which is why im here 45 min later this is crazy

This place is very unprofessional. Then I have go back get my apple pie they forgot my apple pie

Horrible location. Terrible service. Employees are slow. Can have 2 people in line and still waiting minutes just for someone to acknowledge you. Then will make any sorry excuse not to complete a simple order. Amazed this place is still in business.
