McDonald's Menu Prices at 11279 Lebanon Rd ★3.4 (882)

This location is consistently disappointing. The food is usually room temp and barely edible. There is hardly anyone at the counter. The ONLY reason we go there is because my kids like the play place. I regret visiting this restaurant every time I go there. The location on South Mt. Juliet Rd. is much better, go to that McDonald's instead.

This location is hit or miss when it comes to the food. The fries are rarely freshly cooked but the burger often is. Service is pretty efficient but definitely not friendly for the most part. Yesterday was the first time that the person who handed me the order actually smiled and said something. It was a pleasant surprise.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the service continues to decline. I had two separate orders with add-ons, and they still couldn’t get them right. When I checked my order in the drive-thru — which I feel is necessary because mistakes happen here often — the staff looked annoyed with me instead of simply fixing the issue. What bothered me most was the manager, Mario. After I pointed out the mistake for the second time, he said something in Spanish to the staff, and they all started laughing. I don’t know exactly what was said, but it felt disrespectful and unprofessional. No customer should be treated that way. This location needs better management and a team that actually cares about customer service. Very disappointing. Do better. I’m actually filing a complaint with Corporate.

I’m taking this location to court and sue you for millions of dollars for discrimination and harassment. When I get done with you, this location will be out of business. The manager came into bathroom while I was peeing and said I smell. I’m a regular customer and I don’t tolerate or appreciate how I was treated. I will put this on the news also for all to hear and see! When I went to confront him, he said I tore his bathroom up. I never did that, he can’t accuse someone for doing something they didn’t do. Don’t waste your time or energy at this location. Looking forward to this location being shut down and all employees don’t have a job!

Manger on duty tonight was very aggressive and unprofessional. I understand customer service but this was above and beyond let’s just say an hour to close she refused to make our food. I feel we were single out and harassed will not be going back
