McDonald's Menu Prices at 2113 Memorial Blvd ★3.2 (1587)

I've been to this Mcdonald's plenty of times and never have had any issues. For whatever reason this time, when i ordered the new Hot Honey Chicken sandwich, i got no chicken patty. Got a good laugh but it was very annoying. They also forgot two whole McChickens.

I had a very frustrating experience at this McDonald’s location. I ordered a large caramel frappe through the mobile app using 4,300 reward points and selected drive-thru pickup. When I got to the window, I was told they were “unable to make a frappe.” No one notified me beforehand in the app, so I had already used my points and driven there for nothing. I politely asked if they could cancel the order so I wouldn’t lose my points, and I was told they couldn’t do that either. The employee’s only solution was for me to “come back tomorrow and get one,” but they did not provide a receipt, replacement coupon, or anything in writing. I also received no apology. I went inside to speak with a manager, and the situation got worse. The manager would not even come to the counter and instead mumbled to me from the back of the store. The interaction was rude and very unprofessional. I still do not understand why the order couldn’t simply be canceled when the store knew they could not make the item. As a result, I left with no drink and lost 4,300 reward points. This location seriously needs better customer service and training on how to handle mobile app orders when items are unavailable.

The wife and I have stopped twice in the past couple of weeks and not get service. No one even bothered to acknowledge us at the counter so after several minutes we took our business across the street. Perhaps you should close the dining room and become a drive through location only.

Went to get my usual cause I’m pregnant and when I get to 2nd window, she asks to see my receipt. The young lady then proceeds to hand my boyfriend back my receipt & says we don’t have your food , could you pull up to the 3rd window. Okay cool no problem. We pull up wait like five minutes and she gives us the bag. I check my bag , I got everything but my fries. So me and my boyfriend go back through the line and tell the young lady that I didn’t receive my fries. She makes and face as if we were lying. If you’re going to pull someone or a family up , you need to makes sure everything is in the bag and fresh. Pointless pulling me up when I had to go back through the line & ask for my fries. Do better

Apparently they don't like when you redeem earned rewards all at once. Ordered a couple chicken sandwiches, small fry and a couple drinks and the girls behind the counter threw a small cup at me and told her coworker no way I got 3 large drinks since I just used my points for food for my son I should be happy I got a small cup it was also free. Hard times and people out here acting like they're better than other people is really a shame. God bless her though I pray she never has to find out what its like to have a truck on E and a family to feed and get places.
