McDonald's Menu Prices at 308 Fm 359 ★3.3 (1348)

On November 3, 2025, around 10:00 a.m., I was parked at this McDonald’s (306 FM 359, Brookshire, TX) when a Blue Rhino / Ferrellgas propane truck driver (USDOT 089243, Texas plate R696945, trailer 46831) acted aggressively toward me, yelling in Spanish “If you don’t move, I’ll hit you,” and blocking my car across two handicap spaces. The incident happened in the shared parking lot between McDonald’s and the Timewise store. I felt unsafe and reported it to the police, the company, and the FMCSA (Case #00252097). This review is only to make others aware of what happened at this location.

Look, I like my MC'Ds, but dang with no customers in the restaurant nor in the drive thru, it took them 25minutes to give me our food. Kiosk do not prinout receipts, floors were dirty and sticky.. seems from dragging trash from yesterday. Most important, food and drinks were lacking. Tea seemed cloudy, biscuits, muffins, and pancakes were cold that the butter didn't even melt.. sigh.. only reason I'm eating is because I am really hungry!

Worst management ever!! Waited over 30mins in the drive thru had to get off and get my order then waited another 20mins for it still not to be ready. Then I asked an employee if I could please speak with the mgr he stated she was busy and did not want to get out of her chair. Finally, after 15mins she walked up to the front very angry and approached me by asking me ‘ what do you want with me’ mind you this is the manager (Sheryl) she was so unprofessional and proceeded to yell at my husband and I. As I was continuing to still try to speak with her she walked off and never returned back to the front. Although the very young employees were very respectful and handed me my food the manager never once apologized to us nor did she ever acknowledge us waiting for our order over 45mins.

Avoid this location. This location is not designed to stop on a road trip for a quick bite. We've been sitting here 30 minutes waiting on a single nugget meal. This is not a normal McDonald's, it is in a gas station and not set up for people to stop in and get meals.

Why do you ask for "FRESH" to give you cold French fries and chicken trips too? They ruin my food and my time... Like in Mcdonals always, that's 3 or 4 times a week, if that's the quality of the new product... With me there were 3 customers in the store, maybe some more on Drive Truth, they weren't busy, and they didn't want to work well... that's all!
