McDonald's Menu Prices at 2254 Trade Days Blvd ★3.6 (2479)

The day before Thanksgiving I brought the kids up for lunch and the play place. We ordered 2 happy meals, 4 sides of bacon and a frozen coke through the kiosk, total was $20. The kiosk said to have a seat, display the table tent and someone would bring the food out to us. So we did. After a significant time had lapsed I went to the counter. This was difficult bc I still had to keep eyes on the kids. Our order was on the pick up shelf with other DoorDash type orders. The frozen coke was half melted and all the food was cold. I asked for assistance and a gentleman named Michael responded. He only offered they don't have the staff for that. I insisted they at least remake the frozen drink which he did, however when he handed it to me it was bubbling over onto the cup, the floor and myself. I had to ask him to take it back and wipe it off. I then asked for a manager and he said he was a manager. I explained that of our food was cold. They are aware of what their kiosk instructs their customers to do and saw my order sitting their melting and did not attempt to bring it out. He offered no apology or to remake the food. Had I known I needed to wait at the counter for my order I would have done so BEFORE letting the kids loose on the playground. This exchange was taking my attention away from the children and their safety so I couldn't pursue it any further. We were forced to pay for and eat cold, hard, gross food. We will not be returning. Also, the 4 sides of bacon, image attached, were broken pieces, only a few actual strips that did not add up to 4 full orders.

Horrible experience today. They have a deal today for 2 pies for $3 between apple and strawberry. The sign CLEARLY said "mix and match." So I asked for 2 strawberries. When I paid the employee said, "I can't give you the deal because it is for 1 of each (1 apple and 1 strawberry). I pointed out their sign right in front of the window and showed where it said mix and match. Not one employee I talked to could NOT COMPREHEND what that meant. They absolutely refused to honor the deal. I told them I was not going to demand .75 back but they need to either reword the signs or learn what mix and match actually means..... After that I stared at them at the window waiting for my drink. It was at the window. After a few minutes someone finally got the point and gave me my drink. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!A

Slow service, poor customer service, not willing to help customer. And this company should let people know when things on the app changes. We ordered on the app for pickup and I had screenshot of order code and was told I had to drive back home 8 miles to get my wife's phone because not you have to have the phone with you at time of pickup so they can pull up order. And then it took waiting 20 minutes for them to get my order ready. And a 20 something Manager with a nose ring telling me he can't help me . I recommend not ordering from the app just go in and wait 20 minutes to save you time and gas

Lily and Dixie are the sweetest employees you’ll ever meet! Me and my friend came in and they were very friendly and made sure to immediately give us our drinks after ordering on the kiosk. Best front counter people on my soul 🙏🏻

Have had to deal with “Jacob” the manager at this Canton location, in the drive through more than once. The first time was burgers with no meat at all and he was rude and replied to drive back for a refund if anything. This is a small town and we are 20 min away. Tonight Jacob called the police on us over 6 sweet and sour sauces. Stating we ordered 21 sauces. We got none. I had started videoing when he was rude to my wife. And it hurt his feelings and he called the police. They literally came and had to get our sauce. Surely they can find someone more competent than this to be leading the whole store. I know it’s fast food but being rude when you’re wrong is enough. I would love corporate to reach out for the videos. Can’t believe this clown has a job.
