McDonald's Menu Prices at 2102 Live Oak Street ★3.5 (1325)

They are my go to for sugar free iced coffee!! I visit this location probably way more than I should for coffee and a sausage McMuffin 🤦‍♀️ always great & friendly service in the drive thru it’s usually the same little woman and she’s always a breath of fresh air.. and that’s saying a lot since I see her before I’ve had my coffee 😂

I waited in Curbside for my order for almost 30 minutes. Ended up having to go through drive thru. The guy at the second window was not the most hospitable. I didnt know they had put my drink in a bag (which they had taped up). I hope they realize customers can hear their comments through an OPEN window.

We came to this establishment at appropriately 7:20 pm with our four children. The cashier told us they didn't close the play area until 8:00pm. A female employee interrupted the conversation and was very irritated. She stated the play area was closing 40 minutes early because she wanted to clean it now. This employee was very rude and threw her hands up in the air and acted unreasonable. Due to this negative interaction we will not be dining here in the future.

Went to this location and ordered a large coffee with cream and sugar. Go to the first window and paid with my credit card. I then went to the second window to retrieve my coffee and noticed that a gentleman behind the cashier was just pulling out of filter and about to open a bag of coffee to start a fresh pot as they were completely out of coffee. Of course I'm seeing all this through the glass window. Without telling me anything that was going on or that I would need to wait for a full pot of coffee to brew, the cashier asked me to pull my car up if I could and wait for my order. Again, which was one cup of coffee. I explained to her that I see directly behind her that he is about to make a fresh pot of coffee which I appreciate but he hasn't even started yet and I was on the road with my two dogs traveling to a different town. I explained I could not wait that long and that I just needed my money back. She asked me to pull up anyway and that her manager would meet me there at my vehicle. I drove up of course as instructed and the manager I assumed which was the same mail about to make the fresh pot of coffee immediately handed me my refund in cash, without any wait whatsoever, which I appreciated. I would give them a better review rating, however even though their service was good, the coffee was not available as it should be at all times. I'm sure they will be more on top of it from this point. No hard feelings and I will definitely be back through the drive-thru again as it is on my route that I travel when visiting my family out of town. I look forward to editing this review on my next visit with hopefully a five-star review.

That new manager, think its the general manager, has to be the most hysteric woman i ever met. Went to order some food and all i heard while waiting was that woman shouting at the employees. I am bilingual and can tell all the dirty crap she shouts in spanish. Stay away from here.
