McDonald's Menu Prices at 1009 East Hondo Street ★3.7 (1184)

I very seldom, if ever eat in a mcdonald's unless i'm traveling here at home, I do the drive through. The food is always good. I have no complaints about the food.Or the service. And I especially love that just in case I forgot to buy ice.I can always pick up a bag of ice at mcdonald's. When traveling, I always stop at mcdonald's for the value and the clean restrooms

My brother and I were stopping for a quick breakfast. We were looking forward for a nice meal to get back on road for Laredo. All we got were two items for each of us. Two Sausage, Egg & Cheese McMuffin (OK) unfortunately it tasted old and the two Hash Browns for each of us. Which I got sick once we got back on the road. The hash browns did not taste fresh...they were very greasy. In fact the grease were soaking through the paper of the hash browns. Since we were hungry and we were on the road very early that morning...we wanted to have something like McDonald's to eat since they tend to have good meals. Unfortunately, NOT yesterday.

It would be great if the drive thru people could say “hey, we’re actually out of xyz. What would you like instead?” instead of just throwing whatever random sauce they think you’d want in the bag and saying nothing.

The only one employee was kind his name kivin he was threat by onther Employee about his girlfriend I told him to speak up and you can hear employees laughing and the manger sky didn't care what was going around her Restaurant was dirty out of stock like Tea Mchicken it's bad there especially employees causing out loud McDonald's do something about and get better workers that care more about the customers and other fast food places get paid a pretty decent pay nowadays for working at fast food places, they should do a much better job performance, and not act like they're in High School hanging out in the hallways. I feel for kivin Martinez it Carmen and Lacey and onther s employees causing and laughing and the manger didn't say nothing madam 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

They take forever to serve you and they're just chatting away. There's no ketchup available and you have to hunt them down to ask for it. The dine-in service doesn't work; they don't bring your food or your table, unlike most franchises that operate that way. Very bad.
