McDonald's Menu Prices at 5223 Broadway Avenue J ★3.4 (3650)

Ok McDonald’s, not very fast but good for a quick stop before leaving Galveston.

I had a great experience at the McDonald’s on Broadway in Galveston. The service really stood out, especially thanks to Taylor. She was incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely willing to help. While I was waiting, she even asked if I wanted some water, which was such a thoughtful touch and not something you always expect at a fast-food place. Her kindness and professionalism made the visit much more pleasant. Big shout-out to Taylor for excellent customer service!

Let me tell you about Miss Taylor!!! Someone must have called in to say they weren't coming to work because there was no help. Miss Taylor was top-notch in customer service on this Sunday morning. She held down the front counter, cleaned tables and took food out to customer cars. She never was ugly to anyone and she worked well under pressure. Yes, the line was long and people were waiting more than 30 minutes to get their food. It wasn't fair to the workers putting in the hard work to get the orders correct and out in a timely manner nor to the customers. This is a busy location on Sunday for sure. Thanks Miss Taylor for the great customer service and I would love to have you on my team!!! From my sister and I by way of Louisiana & Texas on our way on a cruise). Thanks Sweetie

Came here at 9:00PM before fishing and the food we got was amazing. Let's be real late night meal you're probably expecting a long wait and cold food but not here ! I set a mobile order waited 8 minutes for my food. I got a big Mac meal, 3 hot n spicys, hot chicken honey meal a large and medium fries and of course two drinks ( it was for my friend and I ) food was nice and hot the best surprise was getting a full thing or fries for both my medium and large fries!

Waited at the drive thru speaker for over 10 minutes, and since no sign of life was given, I moved forward thinking the speaker was broken. I waited an additional 15 minutes trying to get to the first window. During that time, I called the store asking if something was wrong because no cars were moving and no orders were being taken. The person that answered said they had a little delay because of a refund. So, I didn’t think about it much and waited patiently. When I finally pulled up to the window, I explained that I had waited for about 10 minutes and that I had pulled up thinking the ordering speaker was broken. I didn’t even get to ask if I could order there because the female at the window immediately snapped and said, “I’m the only one taking orders. Go around to order.”. She could have at least apologized and taken the order and asked to please wait up front for the order. This kind of behavior makes the company look really bad. Please look into the managers and staff that are being hired. This only happens when you have a hiring/promotion process that is failing.
