McDonald's Menu Prices at 1628 N Texana St ★2.9 (45)

Triple Edit: The app is always glitching and today was no different. The hamburglar kept running off with my bag, so I had to give up on preordering and use the drive-thru. Unfortunately, for some reason my attached wallet didn’t pay for my purchase and i let my real wallet at home. The manager ended up comping my meal. Dairy Queen should take notes. Haven’t checked to see if they’ve fixed the false advertising yet, so no updates there. Double Edit: why does your $5 Breakfast Meal Deal ring up for $7.19? The price is literally in the name. I wonder how many people have fallen prey to that? Seems like false advertisement to me! Edit: when people order things like sugar packets with their tea, instead of just ordering sweet tea, it’s because they want to control the sweetness to taste. please stop adding the packets to my drink before sending it to me. i will start sending the drinks back if you continue to do this. i also don’t appreciate you shoving the lemon wedges in my drink as i highly doubt you actually washed them before slicing. I hate to admit I go here quite frequently. And yes, I have received the wrong order before and waited longer than I thought I should have, but never once have I brought up my concerns and been ignored. And as far as competitors go, I’d much rather pay seven dollars and have my meal be messed up then pay $20 across the street and still have my meal be messed up. they’re young and they are trying, which is more than I can say for most places around here.

I can't even express how terrible the service was. Came to visit family and both times here just for drinks waited over 30 min to get our order. Then had to ask for help and still waited another 15 min just for hashbrowns . The no actual person in front is a terrible thing. No one available to help can't get anyone to fix the mistakes on a simple coffee and hash brown order. If I could give a negative star I would because this was awful. 2 trips here and over an hour and a half of my trip waisted at this location and still couldn't get our order correct. I'm not one to complain but we are now at 45 min and still haven't received our order

The food is average for McDonald's but they have the snoring habit of making you pull into drive through parking Even when there's no one behind you. It's super annoying and inefficient. It allows you down, so if you have extra wait time it's fine. Also specialty orders are screwed up frequently and check your order before leaving. They mix orders up too. I know that happens in occasion but it's frequent

The kiosk ordering, which I know is everywhere, isn’t very good. There isn’t a human at the counter… Not a soul to be seen. You can’t get a refill in a timely manner. There is no self serve drink station. It’s all too sterile and cold in the place. You can’t get ketchup when you need it. McDonald’s ain’t what it used to be, but what is these days.

We have tried 3-4 times to give this McDonalds a chance, to save money and support business for our town. But this is probably the worst McDonald's, we've ever been to. They never get orders right, it's always cold, sloppy, bottom of the barrel...type of experience. Last night (11/12/25) was the final chance this place gets from us. The food was old(fries), cold.. (did not bother to heat McRib even a little bit), the burgers were all falling out because none of them were wrapped OR even made properly. It was gross and very disappointing. The employees obviously do not care and it doesn't make a people want to eat food prepared by these individuals.
