McDonald's Menu Prices at 5301 East Fwy ★3.4 (2730)

It is currently 9:36 pm and the lobby is already closed. Time posted for the lobby hours close at 10 pm. Looking through the window I see 3 McDonald's employees sitting in the lobby. Management needs to be reevaluated. This is very unprofessional. I witnessed 4 customers waiting for entrance only to find out the lobby closed 30 minutes early.

Absolute worst experience, I initially went to the drive thru and was ignored. Proceeded to order online instead and waited at curbside for 20 minutes. Now I'm inside waiting with over 5 other people complaining about the long waits.

The absolute, hands down, worst McDonald's in the city. This one is worse than the one next to the grey hound station ever was. Morning is ok because of the nice ladies that work the windows, but once afternoon and evening management take over, it's rude, slow, they all have terrible attitudes even when they mess up the order. I once waited for 45 mins for an iced coffee and a small fry. They turned off most of the rewards so you can never use them, except during busy mornings when they're taking 30 minutes per order. The managers will stand in the back and ignore the front. Then cop an attitude when the multitude of people waiting in the lobby get irritated. Iced coffee is served all day long, yet they like to be able to be lazy and say, "we don't have that right now" so they turned it off on the rewards. They never have ice cream, sauces, good service. Jesus, this is a franchise and they are still supposed to abide by McDonald's corporate rule. They keep the play area blocked off and closed so they never have to clean it.

Pulled up to the drive thru waited 3min noone said anything. Pulled up to second window she looked with a annoyed face and made a hand signal to wait. Came to window didnt say anything let her know order name she just got the bag ad handed it to us not once said ONE word. At all. Bad customer service with attitude. Second window 02/07 1:51 am

The absolute WORST customer service I’ve received by far the female at the check out was extremely disrespectful and rude. I was dashing for a customer and she just threw the order at me without confirming it with me first. I had to verify my customers food and go back. When I went back to correct her mistake she got mad and threw the previous food in the trash. I really hope that their manager sees this fr. HORRIBLEEEEE
