McDonald's Menu Prices at 11715 Greens Rd ★2.4 (118)

Horrible service here time after time. Unfortunately, it’s convenient, so I’ve gone here about a few times, which this past visit was my last. The employees are rude. The ones at the window have no customer service skills. They’re very sarcastic and stuck up. I asked for a basket of fries with no salt so they can be fresh. They still gave me old fries and then put sauce packets ALL OVER my fries, which I thought was VERY UNSANITARY & RUDE. They should put sauce on the bottom of the bag or at least not covering all of the food that isnt boxed!

I’m writing this review in regards to an issue I had with one of this locations employees at the new Woodland Hills establishment, I drove into the drive through at 3:55 this morning for breakfast. I was told I would have to wait until 4am to order breakfast which is understandable I then told the employee okay no problem and that I would wait. So after I waited and made my order an employee by name of Angela then tells me she put my order in but it is cash only, Which is absolutely absurd to me because first off who carry’s cash and second why couldn’t I have been informed of this before being told to wait. I asked for her name in which she responded rudely her name is Angela and she refused to give me her last name. When I pulled around to ask the store location number she then slammed the window in my face and retreated away from view. I’ve spent my hard earned cash at this establishment on multiple occasions and not once have I had an interaction with any other employee like I did today. Angela was very out of line and absolutely unprofessional to a loyal customer. I would like her reprimanded immediately.

Just left after placing an order made fresh. Not only did I wait 10 minutes plus, when I walked in to get the order I was told it would be another 4 for the apple pie. I say ok well don't worry about the apple pie just give me my food-get to the car and the fries are STALE, probably form earlier and the nuggets were luke warm at best. Not sure who is running this establishment as I know they are franchised but this owner should take a serious look at the staff and the quality of service they provide. My family was excited to hear a McDonald's being built in our backyard but after MULTIPLE gripes we will now start back using the one on Mesa!

Placed an order and wanted bacon for my Big Breakfast Plate, well got Sausage, called the McDonald's and Manager Daysi wanted me to come back for my bacon even tho I was passing by and was on my break. And I was already 20min out. Horrible Customer Service.

I made a purchase for 2 breakfast and I received a monopoly ticket for free food, I came in to store 41184 to use my rewards and got issues about it. I know exactly what my rewards showed after I entered the 12 digit code. So I didn't get what I was supposed to get shown on the rewards. I feel like if they don't know how to redeem the service on this Monopoly game they don't need to have it here. I am a very dissatisfied customer this morning. And I just lost my rewards 😞😞😞
