I had an excellent experience at this McDonald's. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly. My food was delivered to the table in less than 2 minutes, which truly impressed me. The burger was fresh, warm, and delicious exactly what I needed. The fries were perfectly crispy and hot, and all the extras I requested were added just right, without any mistakes. What made the experience even better was the kindness of the staff. The lady who brought my food was extremely polite, friendly, and made me feel welcome. You can tell when someone enjoys their work and she truly did. It made the entire visit feel more personal and pleasant. The restaurant itself was also very clean and organized, which added to the overall comfort of the meal. Clean tables, tidy counters, and a calm environment made it a great place to take a short break and enjoy my food.

Just came to the Mac Donald’s here on Kingwood drive at 11:50pm and nobody took my order at the drive through. It is clear as day people watching me as I drive by the window to still be ignored and closing does not happen till 12pm. Laura change your hours if workers don’t want to work.

This McDonald's gave me five star service even though I blew up the bathroom, may God Bless the workers fr bc I know they smelled me I drank a mean bean monster that morning it had me on full auto up in there didn't hear one worker talk about my frequent bathroom tricks hell that white boy who bringing out food refilled my sprite for me, dude knew I was going through it and was courteous thank y'all fr gang and yall gave me an affordable breakfast w a clean bathroom props to the owners, add a lil play park in the front and I would drive across Houston just to avoid my local McDonald's and come to yall

Worse McDonald’s I have ever been too!! I asked if I could get some condiments for my food and the lady said “OMG! My screen was pretty full, OMG!”. She was so annoyed. I ordered a large fry and the fries were only half full. With the cold half filled fries and the attitude. Never again.

I love how it’s very peaceful and calming and I love that it’s a café so not a lot of families go to there if you want like a nice breakfast or nice dinner at McDonald’s it’s not too crazy and obviously I love you Princess. I love that they have a soda machine so you can refill your soda.
