McDonald's Menu Prices at 13337 Fm 1488 ★3 (203)

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through line. Order like 40 chicken nuggets. And they were all disgusting soggy greasy inedible mush. Every single one. I had to cook something at home for everyone. Even my 6 year old was disgusted. Was a total waste of time and money. Don’t go here.

VERY SLOWWWWWWWW!!! We waited 30 minutes for our food. It would have been longer but I opened the window and asked the guy who was mopping the floor how much longer and told him what I ordered. He couksnt believe it was only a few things. He came back and said here you go. He took them off the shelf. It would have been longer. I was told about this place but I had to see for myself. They mist be playing around inside. There were only 4 cars in the parking lot. This was at 7:30-8:00 we were in the drive thru. Corporate will be hearing this. They should be ashamed of themselves!!!! You can tell the fries were just sitting there. Cooked too long and cold!!!!!! I'm so pissed!!!! Don't waste your time. They also ran out of the grinch happy meal and are not getting anymore. Bullshit McDonalds. You didn't plan very well. It's only Dec 6th

Quite a few terrible McDonald's in the area but this one takes the win for the worst. Kids were hungry so stopped to get happy meals. Asking for toppings to be not put on a cheese burger is beyond the staff here. So asked about this at the pay window to make sure it was correct then at the pick up window. Lady handing the food out the window opened the first happy meal and looked down told me she didn't have time for this that I could check myself once I pulled out of her line because she had to get it moving. Ok then we'll guess what it was wrong go in talk to the manager who acts like she doesnt care that her employee's are rude and can't get an order correct. Irritating is the manager seen me standing there for a couple minutes before she actually came to correct the situation. Staffing is horrible. Long story short I give second chances as places have an off day ever once in awhile so I get it but after 3 trips to the location since we use the store across the road I will drive out of my way to go to a different location from now on. Corporate needs to come in and straighten this one out!

Very poorly managed drive thru. 6 cars waiting (one at window and 5 in lot. Takes over 15 minutes to get your order.

Set in line for almost fifteen minutes.Waiting for my change in the drive through line. StatedThey couldn't give change because the manager wasn't there. When I finally did get my change, they shortchanged me and said, oh, we don't give out pennies.Anymore, we round it up to the next. My change was supposed to be $72.04, so they should have technically rounded it up.However, I mean, four cents isn't the end of the world. But you add that four cents up for every single car that goes through, and mcdonald's is making a hell of a profit off of that. Not to mention, they got the order wrong. food was cold when we received it and is average at best
