McDonald's Menu Prices at 5408 East End Blvd S ★2.9 (2006)

I'm gonna be honest this is probably the worst McDonald's location I've ever been to. their was a man dancing in the parking lot which was very unsettling, my order was completely wrong I ordered a 10 pc chicken nugget and instead got two four peice chicken nuggets I also ordered a McChicken and instead got Two mcdoubles one that has nothing on it just meat and cheese and on top of that I had to back in and get my 3 piece chicken strip and buffalo ranch sauce before realizing all the other mistakes pointed out by my mom and girlfriend when getting back in the car and we also didn't get our medium fries 😐

*Do not go here if you need something quick.* There was only 3 cars ahead of me and it still took over 25 minutes just to go through the drive through Once you are in the drive through you are trapped.

I went through the drive through and got 2 double quarter pounder meals got home , we went to go eat and every party on the burger was raw

I'm sitting at the drive-thru waiting for my order which is just two burgers. No sides, no drinks and no dessert. I've been sitting here more than 10 minutes. The only other car in front of me in the Drive-Thru just drove off without any food. I ordered my meal on the app so it should have been ready when I got to the window since I've already been here 10 minutes but I'm still sitting here at the window waiting while the employees are standing there staring at their phones. My order was finally given to me about 15 minutes after I got here without a word spoken to me by the employee working the window. McDonald's should fire every employee in this store and just start over again. Never ever ever ever come here.

if i could rate them a 0 stars i would. We’re coming from Houston, as soon as we go into the lane the lights went off. They were trying to close 30 MINUTES earlier than their supposed hour. Not only are the fries cold but man do these pple look miserable!!! Rude, disrespectful and honestly the worst service in this entire town. Some pple shouldn’t be getting hired. i really don’t wish bad upon pple but seeing how bad the reviews are in this location they should really fire everyone and start fresh. Not only are they ruining the reputation of the town, but also the career of those who run it. Manager and employees look nothing like good customer service, and i’ve worked at target, ik what it means to be tired.
