That was my large fry I paid almost 5 bucks for, and the lady was so rude when I asked why it was not filled up. I at least want what you are advertising on the pictures outside. I sat down to eat my food and heard the ladies talking about me. I guess they didn't know I could understand the cubin cackling. All I wanted was my money's worth or my money back. Horrible service is all I have to say, and the fries were not fresh.

I have a mobile order, and get to the restraunt and they are closed. Staff was very rude, no real reason except that they are cleaning. I only have an hour of my break and I won't get my money back for 3-7 business day the employee said. if I could give this a lower rating I would. If I had the ability to fire the staff there tonight, I would. Every single one of them was on their phones sitting around. Mobile orders still going through, a grey hound bus just pulled up outside.

Shoutout to McDonald’s for keeping me on my toes, I ordered a chicken strip and got a surprise shrimp instead, Who needs consistency when you can have mystery? I was going to mention the daily incomplete orders or the general lack of attention to detail, but honestly, it’s heartwarming to see they’re inclusive enough to hire staff who are clearly guessing their way through the orders, I just hope they start paying them enough to afford glasses, or at least a label maker, Unless shrimp-for-chicken is the new strategy… in that case, bold move, McDonald’s. Bold move.

Tuesday January 20, 2026 @5:45... Very disrespectful to customers. They ignore working the register and customers wanting assistance on the a.m. shift watching customers walk away instead of taking their order, and when you do get their attention the manager and team rather point as if offended at the order system in the front of the register in a disrespectful way. This store lose tons of sales this away I'm sure. I've experienced when the team is trash the food is to not to be trusted so I took my money elsewhere. I'll make sure I will avoid this McDonald's with all costs.

I'd be very careful if ordering late or using Uber late,I've checked times on which menu they're making, more than once they refused to even start my order, they wait till they can use we're only making breakfast,I put in my last order at around 3:30 am,literally waited till 5 before they said anything to my driver. It's the only place near by my house but they've messed up my order more time than I can count, last few times I actually talked to someone I was met with nothing but rudeness,I highly believe corporate should revamp the employees at this location because clearly this isn't the job for you.
