McDonald's Menu Prices at 2230 Fm 663 ★3.2 (299)

Ordered my dinner through the app. Everything seemed normal until I went to the drive through window to pick up my order. The lady asked me what I ordered. I gave her a rough summary of my order thinking that she was just verifying. Nope. She gave me the few items I listed. I gave it back and showed her my receipt. She showed it to the Supervisor and he said he would have to put it in manually. They gave me my meal (still wrong) 10 minutes later and didn't give me back my receipt. I was running late by now and didn't feel like going inside. Not the best first experience.

Very disappointing and disrespectful experience at the Midlothian, TX McDonald’s this morning. I was in the drive-thru line with a mobile order already confirmed and checked in. Due to slow service, it went 2 minutes past 10:30am, and suddenly my order was refused. I was physically there, waiting in line, because of their delay. While waiting, Carmen and another Hispanic female employee in the kitchen began speaking Spanish and making fun of me, assuming I wouldn’t understand. I am Hispanic and fluent in Spanish, so I understood everything being said. When I spoke up, instead of de-escalating, they talked back and continued talking trash. Yes, I became upset and cursed briefly, because the situation was handled poorly and disrespectfully — and even after that, the employees continued mocking and talking trash instead of resolving the issue. Rather than fixing the situation or offering any solution, I was told “that’s why you shouldn’t be late”, even though I was outside waiting due to their slow service. I left with no food and no refund, and was told I now have to wait up to 7 days to get my money back through the app. That is unacceptable. If an order is confirmed and checked in, a customer should not walk away with nothing. I am requesting management review and action regarding Carmen and the other employee involved. This behavior is unprofessional, disrespectful, and should not be tolerated.

Placed a take out order, and then waited more than 10 minutes for my order. More than 10 employees working in the back, but no one up front to greet customers or take orders. Orders were flying out of the drive thru window, but not for in store orders. After more than 10 minutes I finally asked about my order, at first I was ignored and then after they told me it would a few minutes i requested my money back. Then, the food was miracously ready. Another customer stated, "I forgot how bad this one is." Great! For someone just traveling through i regret my choice to stop.

For the last 6 months they’ve made my iced coffee wrong 10 times. My husband, my son and myself will keep going back to get our order made right every time! This is ridiculous:(. We stopped going there and will prefer to drive to the Mcds in town (Main St) instead.

Another new soulless gray box location with kiosks instead of actual people to help you. Whoever decided McDonald's should no longer have playgrounds or color needs to go. We now actively avoid McDonald's when doing road trips.
