McDonald's Menu Prices at 102 Cedar St ★3.3 (1098)

The burger was NOT done! It was also sloppy. I couldn't eat it. I ate the fries, which was barely over half full, although hot and tasty, and gave the almost-raw burger to my dogs. Also, when I attempted to fill my cup with Sprite, the nozzle shot soda all over my arm. My buddy was getting Dr. Pepper and it was all fizzy. If I had read the reviews about this location I would have chosen to eat elsewhere. Update: since my original post, the restaurant replied with the link to customer service, which I attempted to use. The website is down for maintenance!! This location does not give a damn about anything except making money!! How long, or what has to does it take, to get the health department involved?

Fries were old, dry and cold. I ordered a burger with no bun, no fork provided. The kids happy meals, even though they asked us which sauce, came with no sauce. These people flunked.

I’m usually not one to do this and I’ve been to this location with only the problem of no sauce (no big deal), but what happened yesterday was just ridiculous. I ordered through the app. I ordered 3 smoothies, 1 large, 1 medium, and 1 small. My family was going to pick it up for me. Well they get there and the machine was being cleaned so couldn’t make it, understandable. The workers told my dad I would have to do it through the app and they couldn’t give me a refund there. So I went on the app, then realized I actually can’t do it through the app (this was my first time needing a refund). Well I called and they said I’d have to go back up there to either get the smoothie or the refund, I was confused and irritated by this point. My family had to go back to town so I asked them to just go ahead and get the smoothies instead of the refund. She comes back with only the one large drink (not her fault she didn’t know), but still. I still haven’t got my money back for the other 2.

I went to the drive thru at 6:45 this morning, started my order of a biscuit with just cheese , girl repeated it back as a sausage biscuit with cheese. I said just a biscuit with cheese no sausage. Another voice came on the speaker and said we are taking your order be respectful. I was never disrespectful, merely correcting the order… I never replied back about the unnecessary scolding just proceeded to finish my order with no response… the car next to me was then prompted to order. When finished a voice came back on the speaker to me, when I started my order again silence and no response so I drove off… your employees really need a lesson in how to treat your customers. I might add I went to Whataburger and was greeted very nicely and respectful. And after reading other reviews, bad service and filth seem to be the norm.

First chicken sandwich was old and dry, I had to spiit it out because it was inedible. They did remake it and replace it with a fresh one. Either lower the times allowed in the bins or throw them away when you're supposed to. Anything past those times are supposed to be inedible by your standards. Perhaps better training or better management is needed
