McDonald's Menu Prices at 427 N Alamo St ★3.7 (1846)

The NASTIEST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to!!!! Also the worse customer service!! The manager lady got bothered cause I told them the lobby needed desperate attention and wouldn’t take my order til after she went out there to clean tables and kinda sweep a little she was very mad cause I took pics of the filth!! Then I went to restroom and it was worse than the lobby but I just didn’t say anything else to the manager about it cause she clearly don’t care and seemed to get really mad about me mentioning to her that the dinning room needed attention!!

Stopped at this McDonald’s late at night while traveling and briefly used the Wi-Fi to submit a college assignment that was due that night. I calmly explained this to the closing shift woman and told her I would be leaving shortly. I even planned to purchase food once I finished. Instead of showing any understanding, she was extremely rude and impatient, repeatedly interrupting me and threatening to call a tow truck and “dispatch” over alleged overnight parking — even though I was actively sitting in my car working and not attempting to stay overnight. The lack of basic professionalism and courtesy was shocking. Based on my experience and the many recent 1-star reviews mentioning cleanliness and poor service, this location clearly has ongoing management and customer service issues. I’m glad I left without giving this location my business.

Stopped at this McDonald’s for chicken nuggets, fries, and a Hot & Spicy. It took 25 minutes to receive my order, and when I finally got it, the food was cold. I let the staff know, and the two women who appeared to be shift managers just looked at each other and told me it would take another 30 minutes to get “fresh food.” When I asked for a refund, I was told it wasn’t possible. If this location knows they’re always busy, they need to staff accordingly. Very poor customer service. Do not recommend this location.

Good it ok , but every time I go there workers are mad, upset, rude. No one in there seems happy!!! Oh and be prepared to wait, they take forever and order normally missing something.

We don't live in Refugio but passing through and waited nearly a half hour for some chicken nuggets and a fish fillet. Yet, the drive-thru was being waited on consistently while people inside were just waiting and waiting and waiting. This is not professional nor is it good customer service.
