Mercedes and Jarrod the managers need some better professionalism and customer service. I ordered curbside and waited but after 30min I decided to go through the drive through since it wasn't that busy. The person at the drive through didn't know there was a curbside pickup so I gave them my order number and waited another 10min in the line. Once I got to the window they had my food waiting but as soon as I was about to pull out I noticed they forgot a happy meal so I stopped at the window and waited again for them to make it. I told my wife quickly look through the bags and also noticed they forgot a 20count nugget so I pulled around and went inside to wait again for someone who then made the 20 count for me and I left. When I got home I checked over everything again and yet again they forgot 2 medium French fry. I called and talked to the manager Mercedes and after explaining everything she said I can come back and get them and she'd even throw in a free 20 piece nugget for my time and said she would put my name in the chat and I could come back to get my order so I told her I spent about a hr waiting I might as well go back now and pick them up and she kind of hesitated and said ok and was about to hang up so I said wait don't you need my name? She said "oh yeah" so I gave her my name and said I was on my way. Once I got there I asked for the manager and heard them call for Mercedes but she didn't come the other manager Jarrod came and just said "What's up?" I said can I talk to the manager and he replied "I'm a manager" and just looked at me. I explained I called and talked to Mercedes and said she said she would put my info in the chat. He kind of looked on his phone and then back at me and he didn't go ask Mercedes and didn't see any info on his phone so I just explained the whole situation and then he was like "So what are you missing?" I told him just 2 medium frys. He said "Just 2 medium frys that's it" I said yes and he went to get them and I left without the nuggets Mercedes said she would give me for the whole mess up. I'm not mad about the nuggets and I understand that it's fast food and McDonalds it's just the principal about it. I spent over a hour waiting for food when it could have simply have been fixed if the managers would have be more communicated with their workers it wasn't just 1 or 2 mess ups but 4. There needs to obviously be a change in management

I never write reviews or rate places but this was such an unpleasant experience I have to. I came through on Saturday night 12/27 at 9:30 pm with a mobile order of 1 large no salt fry. I order no salt everywhere due to health reasons but always regret coming to McDonald’s and doing so. I was parked in the drive thru and waited 30 minutes for them to bring out a fry covered in salt, which I cannot eat. I went immediately brought this to the cashiers attention and she proceeded to argue with me that “there is no salt” “ they said they didn’t put salt” very unprofessional when it is very visible that they are covered in salt. I pull to the window because I do not want to argue and the manager is there, when I show her the fries there is no apology or apology for the rudeness. She simply says “we can’t take them back, park over there”. I proceed to wait 20 more minutes. Honestly probably the worst food experience I’ve had anywhere solely because of the argumentative rude employees. This is the nail in the coffin, I will not be back to this or any other McDonald’s. There is better food and better customer service basically everywhere else. All they had going for them was speed and this McDonald’s is the slowest I’ve ever been to. The only reason I come is because of the fries but I can’t trust them to get them right or be timely. I also added a picture of the fries that clearly have salt which they wouldn’t take back and I threw away, and the fries with no salt that I added pepper to.

I don't understand why I had to wait over 25 minutes just to get me a basket of fries and 20 chicken nuggets.... There's nobody in the lobby.. maybe management should rethink how they do things inside of this McDonald's

Service here varies quite a bit. Some days it's quite fast and efficient but some days it takes +30 minutes for orders. Never use curbside, they prioritize online order pickup inside and drive-thru. There are some great people who work here, and they do their best with what they get. Usually pretty clean except for busy periods of the day.

Just trash services, I normally order from a different McDonalds due to how often this location gets orders wrong and slow service. Tonight I checked google and the McDonald’s app to see what time they close, both reliable sources says Midnight. The app said the curbside closest at 10pm and Drive-thru closed at 11pm but the inside was open until midnight. Of course when I got there EVERYTHING was closed. I already purchased my food through the app. I could not get a refund because the mobile app said my food was being prepared…by who…idk. I pulled around to window, I saw two workers cleaning in the back, I honked my horn to their attention to see why they are closed but just like they did the customer in front of me, they completely ignored us because they knew they was wrong. Morale of the story is don’t trust this McDonald’s, drive the extra a mile or 2 to get food somewhere else
